Hotel was arranged by Key Tours as part of our 2D1N Delphi Meteora Tour. It was decent for just 1 night, don't expect too much and you'd be good. Food was OK. Hotel is located walking distances to shops in Kalambaka Town, and we could see some monasteries afar from the outside.

We stayed here as part of a Key Tours 2 Day/1N tour to Delphi and Meteora. Looking at our trip to Greece as a whole, we stayed in 2 star places that were better than this hotel. Wifi was terrible, and the food on offer was well below standard. It was noisy, with school groups and other bus tour groups staying there as well. Staff were also unhelpful. It was hard to watch a elderly lady being treated impatiently when asking for help with the wifi codes.We understand that tourism is big business here, but please remember that impressions are quickly formed via customer service. 2 stars were given for location of the hotel, being walking distance into town, and view of the Monasteries.

This is a decent budget hotel. It was clean, the staff were nice, and they had a buffet available for supper and breakfast.
The buffets were OK, with a good variety of stuff available. For breakfast they had eggs, ham, croissants, bread, Nutella, orange slices, peaches, and lots more. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
The town is small, so it's easy to walk from the hotel to the main shopping street and up to the old town at the bottom of those famous Meteora hills.
The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the heating system worked. The windows will open too. There was a fridge and a safe in the room.
The bathroom was fine except for the tub; it was small and had two levels, which made it awkward for showering. Each of us almost fell over while showering.
The walls are thin. We could hear people in the next room clearly. Luckily, those people went to sleep very early.
If you need three beds, I suggest getting adjoining rooms. We had three beds in our room and it was tough to move around in the room.

A hotel 10. It's 3 stars but looks like 4 . The hotel is comfortable and the service attentive. At dinner they do not serve fruit only at breakfast they should improve that. Missing to indicate allergens in meals pq spanish do not understand when you ask them

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel, but the experience was very bad. The room with a very small bathroom where when you showered the entire floor got wet, which was very slippery and dangerous. Plus the water was NOT hot. When I made the claim, it was the same as nothing. The staff's attention was quite bad, not very friendly. I do not recommend it.

Central. All the marble flooring down to the bottom and walls of the pool! Dinner and breakfast pretty good. To be new or recently renovated, they haven’t taken care of the details, there are loose cables, and all without finesse. You hear a lot of noises from hallways and other rooms. We found some bug.

It was just ok, Exoticca put us there and I feel we could have done better. We were there only 1 night so I was willing to put up with it. Our room smelled of Cigarettes and there was no hot water. Silver lining its over 35C in Greece so a cold shower is refreshing. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to get excited about.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of this hotel worse than the hotel is the poor service. We stayed there because it was part of our tour. We did not have hot water and our shower was missing a door. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and worse was having water all over it. I reported the problem to them 4 times and they came to the room saying they will sort it out. They did absolutely nothing. The rooms are of a 1 star with 2 seperate beds and really old bedding. The TV did not work either.
