Detailed Reviews
Cute little hotel on Main Street in Kalambaka. You can see Meteora from outside the hotel. Everyone we came across was so kind and willing to help. Our check in wasn’t supposed to be until 2 and they let us in at 12. They’re doing everything they can do Covid including separate breakfast times and asking what you need ahead of time. Also all the remotes are wrapped in Saran Wrap and changed between rooms. Very clean, very nice breakfast, very good customer service, very good location. We really enjoyed our stay :)

10/10 to Zackarias from the reception who went above and beyond to help us, with great local tips for us about Meteora and helped whenever needed. Good Location , the hotel is just on the main road with restaurants beside you, 9 min from train station, good selection of breakfast and they are being very careful (covid wise) and the bedroom view is very nice. The room itself is simple but it does the job, comfortable bed, and had a good night of sleep, I just found not very sound proof and could hear a bit noises sometimes but not a big deal, I imagine higher floors should be quieter (I was on 2nd) , value for money.

We booked a room on the net around 17:00 and arrived at the hotel an hour later.
We asked for and got a room on the 3rd floor and had a balcony with the Metheora cliffs' view. Breakfast was served to the room (covid..)- on the balcony- can't bit it!
The staff was very helpful in finding a lab for the covid test (a must if you are within 72 hours of the departure from Greece), called the place- we will be back!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 3rd floor. The view is much better than on the lower floors.

This is a very nice small hotel. Our room on the back had a spectacular view of the mountains (snow-capped at the time). I think the front has a view of the towering Meteora rocks. The room was small and simple but well-appointed and very clean. Air-conditioning unit (can be used of for heating), refrigerator, safe, plenty of hot water for the shower in the morning. Even a wonderful thick wool blanket and extra pillows hiding in the closet. It must have been remodeled recently because there were plenty of electric outlets. The only thing missing was an electric kettle but it would have been a tight fit. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Being a small building, the wifi router was very close, so the signal was strong. The wals are thin, so you do hear people in the hall and in the nearby rooms. The breakfast was better than we usually find for this class of hotel both in Greece and in the rest of Europe.

Fantastic location with amazing views of Meteora. Zack was an outstanding host, going out of his way to pass on tips off how to get to the most rewarding places in the area. He appeared genuinely concerned that we should get the best out of our stay. There is an ample breakfast, convenient free parking nearby and lots of places to eat in the evening. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The only slight limitation is that the room we stayed in was rather small with three beds being squashed into a relatively tight space BUT there was a fantastic balcony with its amazing view. They space downstairs compared very favourably - lots of it. We mentioned this disparity as we were leaving and Zack explained they are aware of the issue and hoped to carry out some refurbishment in the near future to address the concern about small bedrooms. This should definitely not put anyone off staying at Hotel Kaikis. We really enjoyed our visit and, when visiting the area in the future, would go back there.

Wonderful family-run hotel in a great location on the main street. Walking distance from train station and tour offices and amenities. Zak was extremely helpful with advising the best way to see the sights of Meteora and helped arrange bicycles to hire etc. Very nice breakfast on the balcony and Zak also very helpful in accommodating my late checkout. Thank you!

We stayed here on an overnight trip from Athens, in order to do an am tour of Meteora (Visit meteora 1/2 day tour). It's not far by foot from the train station, it's on the main road so lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to check-in to our room a little bit early and then we spent the afternoon exploring Kalambaka by foot.
The hotel was clean and decently priced. Some of the rooms have a view of Meteora and others have a view of the other mountain range (can't remember the name).
Breakfast in the am was substantial and filling. They have a mix of Greek treats with yogurt, fruit, egg, bread, cheese, etc.
It's a very friendly, family run hotel. They let us store our luggage in the am while on our tour. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if ever get back to Greece.

Kaikis Hotel was booked for us via a two day tour group (Greca tours) to Meteora and Delphi. It was perfect for our stay with dinner and breakfast included. Wonderful, warm and very friendly host who came around to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast spread was great and dinner was a delicious home cooked meal... Great Experience... highly recommend..

Well located hotel, right on the main street and easy to park.
The room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with good views.
The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff was quite nice and friendly, they gave us recommendations on several things we asked.

Location
Hotel is located in center of kalambaka. This. Is perfect location for you your tour to Meteora. Views from hotel was amazing as shown in the pictures. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit far from the railway station so if you are coming with lots of luggage remember to to take a taxi.
Rooms
Rooms were bit small compared to our other rooms in Greece. It’s seems the hotel is bit old and we could clearly hear people talking in next room.breakfast was super good. Perhaps the best breakfast during our trip to Greece. Staffs were really helpful. A big thanks to all the staff
