#14 of 50 hotels in Sedona
Travellers' Choice
L’Auberge de Sedona is a destination like no other. With scenic backdrops that steal your breath away, we have the privilege of being one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Our manicured grounds meander through the wooded banks of Oak Creek and overlook Sedona’s fabled red rocks. In this tranquil setting, time seems to pass a bit slower. Our warm, intuitive staff goes above and beyond to ensure that each stay is enriching and unique. 88 meticulously appointed guest rooms and cottages are spread across 11 acres of landscaped grounds. Cottages have fireplaces and private decks; most have separate outdoor showers and a few are even open to canine guests. Dine on our creekside patio, and you’ll see why Cress on Oak Creek was named "One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest" by Condé Nast Traveler. From morning yoga sessions and duck feedings to evening stargazing and s’mores, guests are invited to submerse themselves in an elevated, Sedona experience. However, do not simply take our word for it – take a moment to read what our guests have to say.

The property is great. There were construction projects going on which hampered some things, but those are temporary. Location for being in the center of things was perfect and the views of both the red rocks and the creekside portion are out of a brochure... The biggest issue was a lack of staffing. I assume this is being addressed, but services and property experiences were not available throughout our stay to do lack of staff. With enough support staff the rating would be a 5 all day long.

We loved staying here! The location is great and staff exceptional. There was a bottle of wine waiting in our room for my birthday. Everyone was knowledgeable and so friendly! The food was terrific. Setting by the creek really special.

This was a very special birthday trip I took with my significant other. It started amazingly with Bobby helping us make our reservation. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the best choice for what I was looking for! Rene was amazing at the valet when we arrived and from there it all continued to be perfect. AMAZING room, great service taking care of our every need, perfectly located with a secluded feel but not far away from the town. Great bar selection and breakfast. 100% recommend!

The location in downtown can’t be beat along the creek. But we should’ve booked the creekside cottage as we probably would’ve enjoyed it more. Staff was great (especially Megan, Alexa, Jorge, Tyler and Rene) but it wasn’t quite the overall experience we were hoping for. The spa is tiny and not what we were expecting for our couples massage. If we stay there again, we wouldn’t book another treatment. The restaurant on the creek is a beautiful setting but not very vegan friendly. We expected more options so we decided not to dine there. Breakfast options were oatmeal and a side of potatoes. Overall we didn’t think it was worth the nightly room rate, which is saying a lot since we booked it during their cyber sale and saved 20% on the regular rate.

L’Auberge de Sedona was everything we expected and more. Sarahlynn at the front desk explained all the ins and outs and was very detailed and welcoming. The room was arranged beautifully to make our anniversary special. The service from the Cress on Oak Creek restaurant was phenomenal. Our server, Isaiah was attentive and even brought dessert with a “happy anniversary” message. Beto also provided outstanding service when bringing the in-room dining order. We truly enjoyed our time in Sedona and would not hesitate to visit L’Auberge de Sedona in the future.
