Palo Santo is a design and luxury boutique hotel located in the trendy Palermo district in Buenos Aires. It is the first urban green hotel in Latin America. Its modern green architecture features beautiful vertical gardens, great water fountains, large, light-filled, modern and stunningly designed rooms and suites. Enchanting vertical gardens emerge from the hotel's facades and patio. Its roof, courtyard and balconies are all filled with plants. The main water fountain is 20-meter high and runs through the building's central patio, from the rooftop to the lobby. Palo Santo rooms and suites were conceived as design apartments. They are spacious, filled with natural light and well-equipped: LED TV, minibar, individual climate control, exclusive White Tea amenities and a private balcony. The hotel offers free high-speed WiFi in rooms and in common areas, a contemporary cuisine restaurant, an exclusive gourmet a la carte breakfast, room service, meeting room, rooftop terrace with whirlpool bath and recreational pool, solarium and Guest Relations service. Palo Santo gives its guests an exclusive printed city guide with handcrafted itineraries and personal advice to help them grasp the spirit of Buenos Aires. The hotel is located in the trendiest part of Palermo Hollywood, a must-see touristic area, steps away from the best bars and restaurants in town, close to all major attractions. Public transportation can be easily accessed, including a subway station 300 meters away (0.2 Miles). The hotel has developed an extensive eco-responsible program that covers all important aspects of sustainability: energy, water, CO2 and O3, insulation, air and operations.

We had an unexpected visit to Buenos Aires in late January, due to a national labor strike which resulted in considerable flight disruptions. We made a reservation at Palo Santo Hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, referring us to great museums, restaurants, a local mall to buy clothes when our luggage was lost, and a fair currency exchange office in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit to Buenos Aires immensely. Thanks Palo Santo Hotel for helping us make lemonade out of a "lemon" situation!

What a gem of a hotel. Great location and super friendly and helpful team. A special thank you to Camilo on the front desk for all his tips and recommendations on what to do in Buenos Aires. The weather was hot so we enjoyed the cute rooftop pool area. We would definitely recommend the hotel and come back if we visit Buenos Aires again.

it is easy to see why the hotel is so highly rated: concierge and staff is extremely helpful and professional ( thank you Adrian and the team at the front desk) the hotel is small, modern, with large rooms the area is close to many interesting restaurants and other attractions. breakfast is ok, overlooking a nice garden we will definitely come back in our next visit to Buenos Ayres

This was our first hotel after our long haul flight. We got a lovely room on the top floor, by the rooftop pool. It was perfect. Quiet and with gorgeous views. The breakfast buffet was generous, with hot and cold items. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend taking up their offer to organise your taxi from AEP airport as there are a lot of scams. Taxi was there waiting for us and it was a smooth short ride to the hotel. They also suggested where to exchange you USD, with the exact rates and location (2 blocks away). They were happy to help with anything. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms on level 8, as there are only 2 and by the pool. Great views and quiet too.

The front desk staff is as friendly and professional as any I have seen anywhere. They were great during checkin and every time we came and went they would address us by our name. Rarely see this anymore anywhere. The hotel is an older building that has undergone a complete makeover that has made it modern and very pleasing. Nice water featues and green areas that make things feel relaxed. teh room was spacious witha comfortable bed that overlooked the garden. Meals were good.

Great location - quiet spot in the Palermo Hollywood area. Short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants but quiet for sleeping. A 5$ taxi ride away from the busier San Telmo and La Boca areas. Boutique style with a good nod to green/eco. The people on the desk are friendly and very helpful- from sorting out restaurants to printing off boarding passes.

Buenos Aries is a huge city and there are large differences between the neighbourhoods. We wanted to stay in one of the ‘trendy’ areas (either ‘Palermo Hollywood’ or ‘Palermo Soho’) and so chose the Palo Santo - it was a great decision and we loved our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is in an upmarket and safe residential neighbourhood at the northern edge of the Palermo Hollywood neighbourhood. It’s the most wonderful part of BA with countless wonderful restaurants and bars all within walking distance when you turn left when exiting the hotel. It’s also totally flat and we felt very safe walking around late at night. There is a bus stop at the front door of the hotel, and the Palermo metro station is about a ten minute walk to the north of the hotel. Again, it’s flat. It’s very easy to get to wherever you need to be in the city. It’s a boutique hotel - it is new and not that large. For a hotel of the size it has great facilities including a pool and (basic) gym. There are a number of high-quality full service gyms very close to the hotel which we chose to use. Breakfast is included in the hotel restaurant which was high quality and included an impressive variety of optionsconsidering the size of the hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed. As a new hotel it was also fresh and modern. The staff were consistently excellent and provided exceptional service. On the whole it was a fantastic stay and I cant think of a legitimate criticism. Would definitely stay again.
