Ibis standard hotel, close to supermarket, cafes, restaurants.
I'm an All Accor member so I have some benefits, I had an upgraded room, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, very good shower.
The apartment I stayed in offered a minibar (very weak), but it was enough to have cold water. Good location, you could walk to several tourist attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 separate bookings of 2 nights each, during February and March 2020, staying in different rooms each time.
I found the staff generally very helpful. The location is very good, being right on Plaza de Congreso. The breakfast is reasonable.
However the rooms are not up to usual Ibis standard and need renovating. One room I was given (13.12) was quite dirty - clumps of dust on the floor, the sink had hairs in it, the window frames were badly rusting and the taps worn. I was transferred to another room which was better, but there's an overall need for renovation.

Efforted management, but haggles embarrassingly for Refund 1 unused night of 23 booked. Interior decor scrappy, location top, breakfast as compensat ok, reception stands in the way of foreigners with a certain attitude, expandable foreign language skills. It is astonishing that foreign Accor hotel chains do not remedy these shortcomings in a sustainable manner. Official pricing is grossly disproportionate to performance.

It was exactly what I wanted and expected from an Ibis hotels. I've stayed in other Ibis hotels in Europe and so I had an idea of what to expect. No frills but it was nice and clean and looked recently updated. The bathroom in particular was nice clean. When I travel, I'm just looking for a nice, centrally located hotel to store my stuff while I'm out sightseeing and enjoying the city and the hotel was exactly that. There is a Hop on-Hop off bus stop just on the other side of the park and a fair number of restaurants in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The breakfast was a decent spread with pastries, eggs and deli meats that I'd expect for most hotels like this. Also, a very strong wifi signal which was nice to be able to stream a show in the evening and relax after a full day of exploring the city. Not much of a view but that wasn't big on my list for this trip. Also, the mattress was on the stiff side which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of if you like a softer mattress. Overall, the hotel delivered exactly the experience and stay I was looking for my trip.

Great location, good service, well served breakfast and clean and organized facilities. It's worth the experience. From the reception onwards, great care is taken with guests, suggesting nearby tours and recommending bars and restaurants.

I liked the hotel, simple but welcoming. Helpful staff. The only bad point was that my room didn't have a double bed, so we had to sleep in a single bed. Simple bathroom, but as expected. Excellent location, close to everything.

Dissatisfied, in relation to the cost $50,000 without invoice. You could hear absolutely everything that was happening in the next room, there were no basic hygiene items in the bathroom, such as shampoo, conditioner. Only two very low pillows.
There is also no appliance to heat water and prepare tea or coffee.
Two elevators, which you had to wait for a long time and on the 13th floor.
The attention at reception with very little tact.
I highlight the breakfast, quite complete.

I do not recommend. Very poor coffee option. We are now at Carnival, four days. They charged a lot for what they offer. There was a day when we left the sign to be cleaned and they weren't there. I believe there are much better options in the city for a better price.

My room had a double bed but I guess they'll have rooms with two single rooms. Maybe e-mailand ask?

I never had problems of this kind with IBis BAs. I would ask them for extra towels. Maybe they will charge, who knows what is going on in Argentina???
