Good location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Basic breakfast, nice coffee. Showers hot but the bidet takes up a lot of room in a very small bathroom. More pillows would be appreciated. WiFi very slow and intermittent.

Stayed five nights for a really cheap price. The room was okey with working air-condition. The location was great, really central. The breakfast was not that good and not worth the price, but it is optional.

Where to start.. 1100pesos for one night..okay,a little expensive but whatever.. no breakfast included..something we got over.. How old and run down the stairway/lift area was.. no! And the room..it was absolutely shocking! yes it resembled the picture to a certain extent, and yes everyone knows cameras work magic..but wow! It was grotty, small, a little box of a TV and it was noisy. I was embarassed that I booked this room as a surprise for my boyfriend and well.. I was left very let down. Do not believe the pictures one bit! The one star goes for the location which is very central.

A basic hotel but clean, the beds were not too comfortable, (I Stayed in 2 different rooms) and as it was June the weather was cold in BA plus the heater didn't didn't heat up the room adequately so my roommate stayed in bed whilst in the room to keep warm, didn't complain as was only there for 3 nights.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Very close to the metro. And in a safe lively location with many restaurants around. The downer is that the room was small and smelt mouldy. Seemed very old. We stayed in 608. Toilet had hit water and was clean. Staff was very helpful. The lift to the rooms is an old one with iron doors. I still recommend this place for the price it's good.

Great location right in the centre of town. I stayed in a triple room which was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a decent selection of foods. However a lot of noise from the street and lift which makes noise throughout the night. Also wifi is very poor. Overall its okay, more of a hostel standard

Got placed into room 511 at first and it was like a small box and terribly noisy with the street noise below - had to ask to move rooms (something I've never done in all my hotel stays) but it was worth the effort - room 612 was much more spacious and a lot more quiet. The rooms unfortunately don't resonate the warm/renovated pictures that you see on the website - in both rooms the only thing I noticed that was renovated were the bathrooms which were very fresh and clean (gets a plus on this). The hotel is in a great location in BA, easy to walk around, catch public transport. Bus stations are only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and Pink Palace approx.10 minutes. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the WIFI is great. Breakfast was an added value to the nightly rate and had a fair selection of bread, pastries, teas, juices ham and cheese. The elevator is an old school one where you have the 2 doors to open and close behind you - at first I thought it would get annoying having to do this all the time but the novelty actually grew on you and I really liked this. Did have issues with opening the room door on 612 - it was temperamental and seemed to jam (which meant continually putting the card in and out until it finally budged). Overall, the hotel still managed to be fair during my stay. I would certainly stay again because of its location, value for money and helpful staff - I really liked the boutique feel of it - but if you are looking for a 5 star experience stay clear otherwise you will end up being disappointed.

This is an older building, which shows its age in some places. The rooms are big with high ceilings and a small balcony. Its just a bed, bathroom and desk, but that's all I wanted. I did not expect to stay at a resort and I only paid $28 USD a night including a good breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and calm with 24 hour security. If you travel to see the city and not the room, this place is pretty good for the price.
