Nestled in the vibrant Palermo Soho, Duque Hotel Boutique & Spa garners praise for its comfortable atmosphere and decor, with the staff earning accolades for their exceptional service. Guests have called out the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and the ample amenities, including a garden pool and 24-hour coffee service. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel over New Years. The staff really makes the place special. Igmar and Juan along with the breakfast staff were always working hard to make our stay nice. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay in this neighborhood again. We had a deluxe room which is their largest; it was quite small but adequate. The bathroom is minuscule- probably the biggest con of staying here. Breakfast was fine for us and we appreciated the coffee bar available all day. The windows must be excellent quality because the hotel is situated right off a busy street and the windows provided excellent soundproofing for our street facing room. Everything was very clean in the hotel.

We spent two nights at this charming small hotel in Buenos Aires. It is located in Palermo and is walking distance to many bars, restaurants and has markets and tons of street art within a short walk.

Our room was very spacious and the bedding comfortable.

The hotel provides a very nice breakfast each morning and the staff will also cook omelettes to order. They have bar service in the afternoon and a lovely pool in the back where we spent a couple of hours after touring the city.

The staff were super helpful and always available to help with questions. They stored luggage upon our early arrival and provided maps with detailed walking instructions to everywhere we wanted to go.

Would definitely stay here again.

The best small Boutique hotel and location in Buenos Aires. Excellent room, air conditioning, staff, breakfast, small pool, small bar, bottles of wine, great WIFi, etc. An inexpensive cab ride takes you to all the sights. We took more than 10 cab rides and never had a problem despite our very limited Spanish.

Front desk staff were very helpful with all of our questions, We had a late night flight home; they securely stored our bags and provided showers in the spa after another hot day seeing the sights.

This tree lined, residential neighborhood is full of excellent restaurants; a jazz cub is down the block; in the evenings the streets are full of people enjoying themselves; we never felt unsafe walking at any time.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this quaint, comfortable hotel. Rooms are comfortable with a safe for valuables, refrigerator with drinks (for a fee) and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Bathroom could use a little update but it did not spoil our stay. An included breakfast was excellent.
The front desk was outstanding. Everyone spoke English which was very helpful when we needed directions or suggestions for things to see. It is a residential neighborhood so there are lots of restaurants and we felt safe walking back to the hotel after dark. The day we checked out, we had a very late flight home and they held our luggage, let us use the spa to freshen up and wait for our transportation to the airport. Also they will arrange transfer to and from the airport or cruise terminal. I emailed them before we left home for our trip and they responded quickly.

This boutique hotel is very clean, well decorated with very kind and helpful staff! The room was comfortable, being carefully cleaned every day. The location is really convenient with lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood (within 10 min walking). The guys in the front desk were so nice and helpful with everything we needed. I would totally recommend it!

This was our second stay at Duque Hotel, and I would return again. The people are so lovely. The rooms are very clean, location is great and having the outside space to relax is a bonus. They arranged taxi pickup at the airport and a taxi back to the airport, it was great to know that this was arranged/reliable.

Great small hotel feel close to everything. The front desk was helpful, the breakfast was tasty, including made-to-order eggs, and the location was very walkable. The room itself was a bit small, but fine for a couple.

I would highly recommend the Duque to anyone staying in BA. First off, it was in a very safe-feeling location and walkable to all the fun neighborhoods and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff was so wonderful and helpful. They proactively reached out to arrange airport transfer, which was great as we arrived late in the night. They also helped us exchange cash, book reservations for dinners and for a tango show, plus facilitated having our clothes washed (we were coming from Patagonia). I can't say enough nice things—the breakfast spread was outstanding, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. I would easily stay here again!

The staff was awesome, very cordial, efficient and always ready to please and make it right. The breakfast was also great offering a good variety of sweet and salty pastries, eggs, quiches, etc… The staff solicits and makes eggs to your request. It was incredible that the bed had mattress cover and pillows had pillow covers under the pillow cases. In addition to the AC there is a quiet ceiling fan in the room that helps a lot when gets too hot. There were some things in the room that called for improvement (like adding USB ports) but after expressing and letting the staff know our concerns, they immediately took care of it. The place and the staff is like taking a breath of fresh air and they go above and beyond to make your stay your best one in town. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at El Duque twice, once before the pandemic and recently in March of 2022. The staff of this small hotel are very pleasant and helpful. The front desk is manned 24 hours. They speak excellent English and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is very good and includes access to the Expreso machine day or night. Very important for the jet lagged! The ambience of the hotel is very pleasing, with living room and pool cabana area to relax, read a book, or check the internet with free WiFi. We have stayed in other hotels in Buenos Aires but we prefer this hotel and its location in Palermo.

Answer from Ashuni
Hi... the hotel emailed about few days before arrival to offer their taxi services and it was great. That's what I would do. Email the hotel or call them and ask them if their taxi services could pick you up at the airport. I arrived to Aeroparque but I am sure they offer taxis to Ezeiza as well. Have an awesome stay!
