We arrived at the hotel with a warm welcome, we were shown to our ground floor room which faced the side of the hotels wall, staff apologised for our view, and explained the hotel was full. we personally didn’t mind, still a lovely balcony area to sit with a coffee on a morning, efes on a night. Room very spacious, tv had a few english news channels, tea and coffee facilities, fridge. Aircon was free which is a great bonus, safe in wardrobe a few £s a day. Shower was very powerfully and never out of hot water. mirror in bathroom was huge! pillows were comfortable as was the bed. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and bedding, cleaner made some lovely shapes with the towels on the bed which was a lovely touch. breakfast was turkish, salad, yogurt, many yogurt toppings, scrambled egg, a few bread choices, many jams, cheeses, meats. Also cereal was available. tea and coffee machine, coffee was very nice and a few types of juices. only downside was the flys, i wish they had covers for the cheese and meats as it was a bit off putting. Although we didn’t spend time round the pool as we prefer the beach, towels we noticed were down early. pool area always looked clean. You were given a card to put your drinks and extra food on and pay your tab when you wished, prices were reasonable. We had a few drinks at the bar each day, very nice lattes :) and they do a nice vodka and coke. staff were lovely, like i said we didn’t spend much time in the hotel but they were always chatty and approachable. Hotel location was spot on, just at top of strip, i never heard any noise from bars. taxi rank just round corner which we used to go to hisaronu also fethiye. End of the holiday we kept on the room until 5pm we were been picked up at 9pm, changing facilities in the hotel were really good, plenty of room, good washing areas, also we left bags and suitcase in reception which we knew were safe left whilst we went out for our last meal. we stopped here in the september, and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Just arrived back from this hotel. Our initial reaction was positive- the whole place was spotless, even the public toilets round the pool. The Reception staff were helpful and friendly and were happy to chat to you. However, we were very disappointed with the staff at the pool bar. We were aware that the season was coming to an end, but this was our annual holiday and it would have been good if the bar staff were more enthusiastic. One of them, sat glued to his phone for most of the day, in between playing loud music. One day, my partner went to sit at the bar for a drink. He had his drinks card in his hand ready to order. However, neither of the bar staff took any notice of him for 5 minutes. He went to complain at Reception and they then checked the CCTV and apologised. Needless to say, we avoided the bar after that. On our last day, whilst i was trying to catch some last minute sun, the hotel staff were packing everything away around me, and shouting across the pool to each other. I felt like I was in the middle of a building site. We won't be returning to this hotel, as there are many others with more friendly and accommodating staff.
The hotel room was a nice size lovely and clean, rooms were cleaned daily and staff were brilliant, we learnt a few words in Turkish which was appreciated and the guys in reception helped us learn more, great stay and definitely going to this hotel again, it's small which makes the service better.
Just returned from 10 day holiday at Belcehan Delux . What a lovely hotel ! Perfect location for all the amenities of the resort of Olu Deniz and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bed linen changed daily. We stayed half board . Don't expect a full English breakfast-it was more on the lines of Continental-but nice all the same. Although there wasn't a lot of choice for the evening meal we found the food to be very nice and tasty if a little bit "samey". Where this hotel really impressed was the friendly helpful attitude of the staff. From the bar to the restaurant and reception and cleaners .All were brilliant. My friend lost his wallet with credit cards and driving licence on a trip to nearby Fethiya. The lads on Reception pulled out all the stops to help us get it back. They rang the local bus company who contacted all the drivers to ask if it had been found on any of the buses. Amazingly it had ! On our last evening receptionist Erhan gave us a personal tour of his home town and showed us sights which we otherwise might have missed. He even insisted on driving us back to the hotel even though he was supposed to be off duty. He was an absolute star ! We left the hotel feeling that we had made new friends and would certainly stay there again. Thank you very much everyone at Belcehan Delux for a lovely holiday.

Have a great holiday
