I have stayed at this hotel over the past 4 years more especially during the Dec period. I have had stay's here that was excellent but my past experience was bad. The lack of Covid-19 practices in terms of social distancing in the eating areas and lift are non-existence. The level of service in the breakfast hall remains of a high standard, however, this cannot be said of the housekeeping as it was clear from the very start. On the day and time we checked-in, I requested an extra towel and it took them 6 hours and me being very aggressive to get this towel. That same afternoon I requested 2 wine glasses which were never delivered. The most disappointing thing was that I have often heard from my friends that the lamb/mutton curry is excellent. we ordered this and it was the most disappointing curry. traditional Durban curry is not sweet and cooked with potatoes and not with carrots sweetcorn...when i enquired from the restaurant i was told its traditional Durban curry...not sure what part of the Durban tradition as I grew up in Durban.…

What a pleasant stay at this professionally run Hotel, central to all the beaches, casinos and shopping malls, with plenty of fine dining restaurants nearby and the airport close by as well. Rooms were neat and clean. The beds comfortable and well serviced bathroom. Quiet and cozy.

I stayed in the Riverside Hotel Sligo for two nights. The hotel room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was really nice with an amazing shower. Didn’t try out the food in the hotel but the restaurant and bar always looked very busy which is a good sign. Staff in the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Was looking forward to visiting Hops. Wanted to leave after 2 minutes.Everything from the menu card,to the tables,to the loos were grubby.Take your disinfectant.Put me off my meal.Flys buzzing around to.Hope my stomach survives...

This place is disgusting and in my opinion if your health isn’t great, or you have a small animal, or children....DONT STAY HERE!! Feb 05th 2020 I reported it to the owner and one week later came in and it was the same!! The staff ( housekeepers) where not given any direction. On how to clean and get rid of this!!
