Nice modern hotel with complimentary pickup/drop shuttle service to airport ! Very clean and modern room! Frontdesk attentive but could be a bit faster! Unfortunatly I had a Power Blackout in my floor section on 3:30 AM where my light in room floor going on and didn't get switched off anymore so no sleep possible, no aircondition OP and also toilet flash was out of order! And room/bath was dark zone! I could take a shower in dark with fears water would also interrupt and decide to leave room 4:30 AM to airport where the hotel floor light also crashed and I didn't find well to take my own action to evacuate myself trough emergency steps as they need my card to open and I went back to room call couple of time reception and asked reception to pickup me down over emergency steps what they manage very well! Such things happen but sadly not a nice stay for me! I write an email and describe it as above the management just apologize that they are sorry and done al to get power back and for the room inside they have no influence and glad if I come again. I didn't ask or expect any refunding or voucher etc.. But on a radisson level I expected to get it offered by management. Anyhow to avoid such case again next time will check in other hotel to be 100% sure such case will be an exception for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this premium and modern hotel. Top quality and service with exceptional facilities. What's great is once your booking is confirmed you are able to add value to your stay by paying for things like room upgrades, turn downs, cocktails, wine etc. at a discounted rate (this applies to rewards members only). If you sign up for the rewards program you also receive a discount on your booking! I will definitely be back.

Most things were good but the power surges one morning led to blasting music at 6:15am which woke everyone in the hotel up. Also they provide very little drinking water in very small single-use plastic bottles. Room temperature was also hard to cool down. On the positive side, the staff in the breakfast area are outstanding and the shower was very good.

A worthy 5-star experience. The hotel is beautifully designed. The staff are warm and welcoming. Shuttles to and from the airport is available on request and drivers are very helpful when assisting with the luggage.
The food is great with a wide selection of items despite the expensive cost. There is also ice-cream made from organic ingredients obtained from local farms.

We booked into the the Radisson for its proximity to O.R. Tambo airport as we had to do our Covid test at the airport plus an early flight the next morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming even though we were there prior to Lunch they were able to get us our room early. the room was spacious corner suite and had a wrap around balcony. The bath room had great powerful shower and and beautiful standalone bath tub. there were two 50 inch LED televisions back to back in a credenza. Not sure why they didn't just have 1 on a swivel. Breakfast started at 6 am which was very convenient as we had to be at the airport by 7 am. if there was one thing they could improve upon would be availability of water for purchase. they had two free bottles in the room but we needed more and it didn't seem to be available for purchase.

Convenient location close to airport. Super far from downtown (30 min away) $1000 Rand taxi round trip Buffet dinner was good, staff were super helpful Breakfast were very filling. Lots of choices of food, teas & coffee. Loved the teapots to steep your own tea of choice Twin beds were SUPER hard and very narrow. More narrow than most twin beds I’ve stayed on

I do NOT recommend you stay here. Booked a 2 day getaway in a junior suite bedroom. From the moment I arrived, reception (Ntombi) was unfriendly in demeanor which was consistent throughout the stay.
If you notice cleanliness, this was anything but. Dust all over, rust grime in the sink/bath/shower/tv station which was left not working despite reporting it, hair on gowns and dirty stains. The price for this was R5k and excluded breakfast.
The only redeeming experience was the restaurant staff (Nolu) and the barman (forgot his name).
The friendliness of spa staff is outstanding as is Level Seven Restaurant on the rooftop. Their service and friendliness was impeccable, thank you Bheki for making sure our experience was enjoyable.
I would not recommend that you stay here. Far away from Gautrain Rhodesfield and remote.
I will not be visiting this hotel ever again.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. It started with check in, this took almost 25 minutes. It’s all very new. I thought they maybe opened this or last week. In which case I could understand. However they are open for OVER 6 months!!
I booked an upgrade, this was confirmed by email. When I arrived there was no upgrade available.
I mentioned this was a bit strange, since an upgrade was offered by Radisson, I accepted it and booked it and it was comfirmed by Radisson. Eventually they found an ‘upgrade’, it wasn’t in the system, cause it didn’t have a fridge (yet). It would be delivered by maintenance. It never came.
The restaurant on the top floor is not part of the hotel. Nobody tells you this. You can’t charge anything to your room there.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. I went for dinner. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The meat was so tough I couldn’t eat it. The sauce had a skin so thick I could take it off with my fork.
In the room the sliding door to the bathroom came off and there was no visible lever to drain water from the sink.
I thought I had booked a nice and relaxing stay for my last night in Joburg, but it turned out to be hell. I paid for a late check out, but decided to leave asap. I prefer staying at the airport for 12 hours over being in this place. I can not recommend anyone to book here!!!

The facility and services are top notch, a fine touch of class. Without hesitation, I recommend it to travelers who have an eye on finesse/ quality. The rooms including bathrooms have massive modern furnishings and beautiful pool views (from the pool facing rooms, ours was on the third floor and it was great). Before or after your meal, escape to the background and enjoy a breathe of fresh air in the well maintained swimming pool/ patio/ garden area.
