What a brilliant place to stay. Much longer than intended, because of Covid lockdowns and restrictions. Positively the best beds in the world, simply wonderful staff, wickedly good breakfast, and a beautiful garden to walk around. And since I was there for such a time, not a long way to shops to get a decent amount of excercise during lockdowns. When i head back to the Eastern Cape, this is the place I will head for Your

Stylish decor, plush bed. Plus everything you could possibly need! All the extras, adapters, heater, robes, electric blanket, iron, torch, patio with seating, large bathroom, fireplace. Coffee plunger. Fully equipped kitchenette incl Rusks and muesli. And just so pretty!! Lovely garden. Great service and absolutely excellent meals. Host went out of her way to make me vegetarian meals.

We found the accomodation to be perfectly suited for our family of four. The rooms were clean and the king size bed spacious enough to sprawl out my 6ft3 body ! Very cozy touches and the fireplace a welcomed winner !

Very nice experience. Beautiful surroundings, nicely decorated and comfortable. The only negative was the WiFi. To be honest it was a disappointment and spoilt what would have been an excellent review. Having had to do a bit of work during my stay it got so frustrating having to deal with a very slow connection that I gave up!

Highly recommend Fiddlewood Fields B&B. The accommodation is beautiful done and really feels like home from home. The breakfasts were excellent. WiFi connection was also good. Liz Thomas and her staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is prime and close to everything. Liz, I am so glad I could finally stay here as it is has always been fully booked on previous attempts and now I know why. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

So comfortable, cosy and warm. Love the little fireplace. Everything you need - nice big fridge and good microwave oven etc. Plenty of space and such beautufiul garden to look out onto. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to DSG school. Only complaint is the plug for the bath seems too small so by the time you have had your bath most of the water has drained out.
