Clearest sea water i have ever seen, i recommend snorkeling in the lagoon, you will see a lot of coral reefs with hundreds of colourful fishes and with a little luck you can see turtles. I saw three of them, about one meter long. Sunset during a ride on camels through desert is a perfect trip you can make near the hotel and you should definetely try that. Waiters and barmans are all so kind and they always try to make you smile. The lifeguards at the beach are always willing to find and prepare the best place for the sunbeds whether you prefer sun or shadow. Best of all is the animation team, especially Ghali and Tito. They deserve the highest rate, cause they organize every day a different program including morning stretching at the beach, aquagym where you will have a looot of fun and maybe a free massage, volleyball, salsa and zumba lesson, paddle yoga in the sea or football darts😄 and much more. And after dinner and minidisco for kids you can be amazed by the fire, fakeer or cobra show and then dance at disco at the beduin tent where will play the best DJ (aka animator Ghali) which will make you dance all night. The holiday was amazing ❤️and it was hard saying goodbye.

I really liked the place. Hotel, room, stuff, food, sea was great, what else? :-)
In the lagoon you can swim with turttles.
Rooms are cleaned everyday and you also get bottles of water to your room every day. Another water you can get at many places in the Area all day long (in the main bar, in beach bar, restaurant.. the are water automats).
Food is delicious, every day is themed dinner (italian, sea food with sushi, egyptian, …).
In the area there are some shops too, where you can buy souvenirs. Theres also painting gallery where you can order your own painting. The guys there are really talented.
Everyone there is really kind and always smiling.

The location is amazing. The beach and the lagoon is mesmerizing. I love diving and I was not disappointed. If you go far enough you can see small coral reefs with beautiful fish, turtles and stingrays. You can see that the hotel itself was built in 2006 but still, it is very well-kept. The only con was that our air conditioning wasn't working for one day. Sun loungers and swimming pools were amazing. Our cleaner was very friendly and was trying his best to meet our needs. Everyone in there was very cheerful and focused on their job. The gardeners and the animation team are very hard working people. You can see that Tito is a perfectionist. Mia and Lia from the animation team are extremely friendly, cheerful and ready to help at any moment. Food was great. My brother recommends massages at the local spa (he got three 50min long full body massages for $10 each). I strongly recommend Scuba World diving center (you can find Ali on the beach or near the swimming pools, he's wearing their blue t-shirt). We chose the Dolphin House trip (around $60 for snorkeling, $90 for 17 minutes of scuba diving + snorkeling; food and drinks are included in the price). Even though we weren't lucky enough that day to see the dolphins, it was still worth it for the amazing coral reefs. Even if you have sea sickness, it is still worth it. We also went on a quad bike safari trip (we left around 3pm and drove back after the sunset). I was hesitant at the beginning, but I'm really glad we went on that safari trip (they take photos of you with their camera, but you need to pay $25 to get them so I recommend bringing your own camera + keffiyeh, water and sunglasses). The views were breathtaking.

We spent 10 nights in this hotel, travelling there with a Czech travel agency. The first strange experience happened right upon our arrival. We arrived early in the morning and were told, that we are not getting breakfast (we could, but the price was 10 USD per person), and we can start enjoying all-inclusive at 10 A.M., which is not a usual treatment after a long journey, especially for a 5* hotel. We paid for sea view rooms, which were great and awesomely spacy. But also, other guests told me, they had to change for 4th room because of mould. Choice of drinks on the bar were pretty miserable, it’s quality even worse. Half of the usual cocktails were not included in all-inclusive. Beer was sometimes served at room temperature. The staff had problems with giving me more drinks than the number of person I was ordering fors, even at closing times. The furniture on bars, beach and around the pools were in terrible condition, but usable. Wine was served only for lunch and breakfast, and has never seen a refridgerator. On the other hand, the sea lagoon was great, awesome snorcheling with turtles, rays, etc., and is the only reason I would come back again. Didn’t go for any trips, because the prices were really inadequate – 55 USD for 3h speedboat trip (per person). Also, the wifi costs 30 € per week, so we got 2x 52 GB at the airport for 40 € in total. In the end, I may somehow recommend this hotel, but expect higher 3* or lower 4* experience.

We returned to the Dream lagoon Hotel again. We rested here with the whole family in winter. The hotel has a stunning lagoon with incredibly turquoise water. Sand entry into the water, which is very convenient for families with children. Turtles live in the lagoon, there are an incredible number of them. We swam with masks and saw a lot. It feels amazing. The food at the hotel is excellent. The breakfasts are standard and there is always everything. Lunches and dinners are simply gorgeous. Several types of cape, fish, grilled, side dishes, pasta station and pizza, a huge number of incredibly delicious desserts, a huge selection of various fruits. Amazing Egyptian cuisine dinner on Wednesday. Incredibly delicious dishes cooked in a traditional style. A local woman bakes tortillas, in which you can then put a shawarma, which is immediately made on the grill nearby. They also make real coffee on coals, a local dish similar to soup but with spices, a large dish with rice in the traditional Egyptian style, Egyptian sweets. The animation is dressed in traditional outfits. And if guests want, they can take such an outfit at the bazaar and come to dinner in it. In a word, an incredible atmosphere on this day in the restaurant. I specially attach photos, because it is very strange to read reviews of tourists who write that there is nothing to eat in the hotel. . It is not nice place. The food is not good the service at the restaurant is very bad. The staff are not professional comparing with other hotels it is not the best choice it is expensive and not value. The water in the room all inclusive just 2 little bottles 600ml you can imagine the hot weather and just two little bottles of water. You can see the dirty tables and empty dishes for along time at the restaurant without cleaning. There is no boilers at rooms .there is no drinks at the room. Our first holiday in Egypt was in this hotel. The lady at CK warmly recommended this resort to us, but we remained skeptical after reading some reviews and did not have high expectations. After arriving at the hotel, our suitcases were taken directly to our room and a very nice gentleman was waiting for us at the reception, who had no problem communicating alternately in English and Czech. We received papers with information and wristbands. The only tip from us for the hotel reception would be: automatically add a map of the entire resort, Wi-fi password and also instructions for operating the safe directly in the envelope, so that people do not have to run around - "annoying" the reception and you would automatically provide them with greater enjoyment of holidays. The gentlemen with our luggage showed us the way to our room, explained to us how to control the climate and waited with a smile for the "tip". I went there with my son through Eden (completely non-existent assistance). It took me a while to understand that the Garden Lagoon is inside the Dream Lagoon Resort: the latter is more beautiful and well-kept, the Garden is cheaper and older. The shared parts, in addition to the splendid green areas with beautiful flowers, are the swimming pools and the bars but there are the rooms of the Dream and its restaurant (where it is not possible to eat if you stay at the Garden) and those of the Garden, which are those further down and further away from the sea (I'm talking about 10 minutes on foot). I'll start with the room: very spacious but old and not very well looked after, we left a tip for the friendly Mohamed so he could clean the room "a little better". The bathroom, above all, I found a little old and poorly maintained, shower with poor jet, a bit of mold... in short, not exactly super clean. The beauty of the Red Sea is that you don't need to be an expert diver to admire the fish, all you need is a mask and snorkel (not even fins). My son and I had a lot of fun it was a nice holiday. I recommend the excursion to Marsa Mubarak (excursion proposed by Eden) because the sea is something fabulous and you can admire 5 resident turtles and the dugong. We stayed exactly from 15 to 22 June this year we just returned and I could not wait to write this review: about the resort We found it very nice clean and attention to detail, very suitable for children as full of pools of various sizes unfortunately the food we found very poor (we were bad three days) Italian dishes completely absent or cooked badly, on the contrary the staff of the structure is definitely the strength: very good waiters, very kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to exchange a word.
