Unbelievable anniversary! We had a great room at the end of the pier with no one directly to our left so it was even more private. Our butler Giulio was the best - very informative/helpful. He really cared about us having a great time.

Food/beverages in French Polynesia are expensive. The St. Regis has several different restaurants on site so you have a lot of choices for dining in addition to room service. While I don't remember what I paid for the pizza(maybe $36 USD) I had for dinner at Far Niente, the bill was about $50 USD and all I had was pizza and a beer. The service charge is also included in the bill and I think that was about 4%. The pizza was what I would call a small pizza and was the size of a dinner plate. I wasn't hungry when I finished eating and I never was while on property. For the most part, the portion sizes are good for what you are getting. Coming from the US, the food prices were significantly more that what I was used to paying; however, for people from other parts of the world it may not be.
