Beautiful hotel. The grounds are spectacular. We had a premium room with volcano view that included a king bed, inside and outdoor sitting area, and a huge bathroom with a 2 person jacuzzi. The only drawback was shower was inside jacuzzi with uneven floor surface. There are 3 restaurants on-site. The breakfast buffet is huge and the pool menu hamburgers are excellent (beware, they are big). There is tons of wildlife we spotted at the hotel - tons of birds, JC lizards, turkeys,caiman in ponds, and a sloth. Would recommend a stay - comfortable beds and really clean rooms.

We had a great time at Arenal Manoa. My husband and I went there with my 4-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son. Everywhere we looked was postcard-worthy. The way the bungalows are laid out was genious--we had a perfect view of the volcano with the feeling of full privacy. The pools were fantastic. The hot springs pools (termales) were not too hot, and perfectly comfortable for the kids. The customer service was incredible from the front-desk staff, to the drivers, to the cleaning crew, to the servers at the restaurant. We felt welcomed and taken care of by everyone there. We actually saw more wildlife at the resort than we did on our tours--caymans, lizards, butterflies, and too many kinds of birds to name. We ate all our meals at the restaurant or through room service and liked nearly everything. The breakfast buffet was highly varied, so we found something for everyone. A couple tips--if you have small children, bring a folding step-stool. The sinks in the bathrooms are high. Also, be prepared for a short walk to most amenities (or just ask for a free in-resort transport). We loved this resort and hope to return!…

Excellent location, incredible view, beautiful landscaping, and delicious food. There is so much variety of plants and wildlife. We enjoyed simply walking around the complex. The beds and pillow are very comfortable so we good excellent rest at night. Hotel staff are very professional and extremely thoughtful in their services. This really is an incredible value stay and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel experience was exceptional. The staff was incredible and helped us out every step of the way. They helped us make reservations for multiple excursions, dinner reservations and just had so much insight for us (who have never been to Costa Rica before). The pools were both phenomenal and I just can't enough good things about the staff. It was perfectly located in La Fortuna (10 minute drive to the town) and near all of our excursions. The van fare to/from the airport was reasonable and they accommodated everything. Breakfast at La Saca every morning was a TREAT with the beautiful scenery of the Arenal Volcano. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

First visit was In 2016 with daughter and grandson was 5 star. Friends first time traveling out of country was staying at resort in guanacaste wasn't good experience knew if I returned to Hotel Arenal Manoa would turn trip around and give the true Costa Rica experience. Food was excellent, staff awesome, room clean and comfortable,hot springs absolutely relaxing property well maintained and beautiful. I have decided on future trips to Costa Rica will definitely make Hotel Arenal Manoa my home base. Thank You for once again exceeding my expectations.

Great service, clean, good location, near hot springs and other activities. Volcano view from the room and dining room. Free breakfast is incredibly good, lots of options, variety, and delicious. The spa is awesome with a river view/sound, and so relaxing. Massagist did a great job, I loved it. Service and treatment was all awesome. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The location of this hotel is awesome. The view of the volcano from our bed was breathtaking! The room (casita) was clean and spacious. The landscaping was beautiful throughout the entire property (minus the green pond). The restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet and delicious dinner. The staff was outgoing and willing to assist. I highly recommend Hotel Manoa!

Could not be nicer. Beautifully landscaped resort overlooking the Arenal Volcano. Exceptional service and care given by all staff. Large, spotlessly cleaned room with large bathroom and shower. Quiet location with patio view to the volcano. We could easily walk to the pools and the dining room. Breakfast was a feast and we enjoyed beverages and snacks at the swim up bar. Easy ride to the town center and to hike near the volcano. Could have paid more elsewhere but can’t imagine we were missing anything. We had a wonderful stay and recommend Arenal Manoa Resort.
