Was in Shanghai for business for the first time since post-pandemic opening up. Was told about this new hotel, and decided to stay here for the 8 day trip. Amazingly appointed, grand and modern set up. I was staying on the top floor (with views of the river) and appreciated retreating to a beautiful space daily. The full glass bathrooms meant plenty of natural daylight, and great spanning views (albeit a tad voyeuristic for the neighboring office block). Excellent service at the 7th floor Horizon Lounge. Amazing fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool. Will definitely stay again!

This Shangri-La is fantastic. We stayed here for 4 nights, booked a great suite with river view. Great service in all areas. We enjoyed the Horizon Club Lounge where they even prepared vegetarian dishes for us. The breakfast team in the restaurant was perfect as well, great selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Rooms are excellent. Everything top modern and stylish, exceptionally clean as well. The location is perfect.

上海最新潮流之地前滩太古里的酒店，很低调，路过很多次都没注意到。这个酒店的价格在上海是有点小贵的。这次周末带家里人来住，也算凑凑五一劳动节的热闹哈哈哈！不过运气还挺好的，吃早饭不用排队，入住退房速度也都很快。酒店员工的服务意识很强，特别是前台Collins和客房部阿姐Coco都给我留下了深刻印象，不仅专业能力强，还为我们准备了生日卡片、欢迎水果和备品。给她们点赞！下次想城中度假的时候还会选择这里～

好时髦好好吃的餐厅-一定要来打卡 [薄荷]环境: 新开业不久的前滩香格里拉没有想象的这么远，地铁过来才20分钟，感觉是2.0版的香格里拉，传统的中式气息中透着海派的时髦，精致的细细的线条，美美的 [服务铃]服务: 贴心的小哥哥小姐姐是不是的为你加水，中午来有自助的餐区， 慢炖羊腿 炖的非常的软，入味，底部有时令的蔬菜和玉米糊，很搭 自助餐台方面，吃的东西也很丰富，手捏的寿司🍣，还有各类的卷物。中式的菜品也挺多，还有色拉吧台。 如果去前滩逛街的话，记得来这里吃饭，记得提早一天预订哦

Really lovely hotel, everything you need for a business trip. Sits opposite a huge shopping centre with a vast range of restaurants and coffee shops! Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean (apart from some dust on the door which was clearly visible in the light). There is a beautiful deep soak bathtub - although the bath gel is in a fixed bottle in the shower - which led to me having pump it into a glass to then add to the bath. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely touches such as sensitive controls by the bed for lights and curtains. Excellent selection of films and TV stations. The view from the window was great. I felt the room could have been enhanced with a coffee machine, and some milk sachets. I had room service one evening, and dined as part of a private function for the second. Food was fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend staying here. …

住了4晚套房，第4晚还未更换床单，给宾客服务中心电话问询，连续等待最长音，第三次才接通，原因说是一直占线，询问无果，说转到客房部门给回复，过去了10分钟，目前还在等待中。 就这样吧，否则又能怎么呢，可能酒店内部对此视为正常，没准儿还说是为了环保♻️，可能生意太好了，无所谓……

春节本是一个开心的节日，但住的并不开心，旗下几点： 1. 入住房间居然有一个USB成人动作片插在电视上，值班经理来处理，没有具体说USB怎么处理 2. 下午17点，电话致电开夜床，需要补点洗发水什么的，晚上20点回来，没进来过，洗澡都不能洗，洗发水和沐浴露都没有 3. 能理解客流问题使得早餐像菜场，除去客观原因，以下几点无法忍受： 3A. 和厨师说要个蛋卷，他的回答是不情愿的好好好，搞得我一大早好像吃个蛋卷欠了100万一样； 3B. 带入座位的服务员，不问喝什么，不说抱歉有点拥挤，使个劲说10点半收餐，这是让人吃还是不吃； 3C. 给的位置是别人吃完没整理的，问了要换，说没有了，换好的不能用，因为摆盘了，中午自助餐使用的。 3D. 10点半，全部服务员都在撤参，无数推车和垃圾痛来回拿，和吃大排档一样。

本人香格里拉钻石会员，这是我在亚太地区住过 服务水平较差的一家香格里拉之一，非常业余的服务和工作态度，失望至极，奢华酒店实在不配，也就一个连锁星级酒店. 和老婆相识的第一个纪念物， 一只中号迪士尼草莓熊 竟然也在 房间清洁完不翼而飞，更可恶的是 值班女“经理” 说 你们没出去过吗？ 你xx …我来住香格里拉 就为了自己藏一个300块不到的草莓熊 嫁祸给你买酒店啊. 加入香格里拉金环会以来住你们酒店总数也不下400晚了，我也就缺这几百块？ 回正题 客观评价： 硬件： 1. 硕大个酒店585间房，前台 2个 柜台…可想而知. 2.车库电梯 一共三部， 入住期间多次 两部电梯 门关不上不停来回开关，太吓人. 3.房间门需要多关几次，确认是否锁住，很容易放手后 看起来关了并没有锁上. 4.房间里没有标配人体称，没有高脚杯，没有口杯，也没有威士忌杯，只有两只传统茶杯😂 更没有刀叉. 5.房间的人体感应器 倒是不怎么灵敏，时常半夜自动复位（认为房间没人） 空调随之也复位. 软件： 1. 酒店员工 和客人同乘电梯，会抢着进出. 2. 前台和礼宾 见了客人 视穿着品牌决定是否主动打招呼. 3. 办理续房，连顾客的话都不听完，自以为是的就说好了，结果当场打脸，退房日期都不对. 4. 礼宾办理停车登记，一副傲慢态度，礼貌用语一句都没有，结果登记的信息，出门还是出不去，又要堵在停车场我出入口打给前台…. 5.客房打扫，我就不想赘述了，丢东西，而且不是小东西，会说没看见….竟然酒店不在乎住客房间里物品丢失… 入住建议： 1.身着中低端品牌（非奢品）的客人不要来了，这里有色眼镜领你不适 2. 不要对其硬件和服务期望太高，请按照4星的level 看待，平常心就好. 3. 不要带重要物品，不要留重要物品在房间， 不安全，没人在意，除非丢失物品足以立案（但总归耽误时间，也不一定找的回）. 4. 不要带重要物品，不要留重要物品在房间， 不安全，没人在意，除非丢失物品足以立案（但总归耽误时间，也不一定找的回） 5. 不要带重要物品，不要留重要物品在房间， 不安全，没人在意，除非丢失物品足以立案（但总归耽误时间，也不一定找的回）…

7月8月两次分别入住了豪华阁及江景房虽然是新开业酒店但是客房设施经常出现意外两次床头插座都有问题第一次入住房间空调始终打不下去房间比公区走道热超多在酒廊反应告诉修好的前提下回到房间还是热出门前遇到客房服务员主动询问是否要开夜床可是两小时后回去除了被子折了个角床头没有放水没有turndownamenity甚至下午喝完的水都没有补洗手间地巾可能清洁时被翻起也没铺回去洗个手发现就剩最后一张了也没有备用暑假旺季餐厅人多服务有点跟不上
