We had an unfortunate experience at a different resort and got moved to Phoenix West II. Jennifer was so helpful and made an unfortunate situation much more pleasant. She helped us get into our rooms quickly so we didn’t waste much of our vacation. Dillon/Dylan, the female property manager I think for Brett-Robinson, was also very helpful in getting us moved and making things right with us. She was very kind and understanding. Now we know in the future to just book right away with Phoenix West II. It was our first trip and we would love to go back thanks to these ladies.

Phoenix West II is the best--3rd time there. Unit 405--Great location on 4th floor as we never used the elevator. Condo needs updating badly: --walls are stained, scratched, etc and need painting --sofas, chairs, chair pads are all stained and need to be replaced --broken bar stool stored in master closet --one queen bed sags in the middle --mold on bottom of master shower door --no potholders in kitchen Good features: --patio overlooks lazy river with gorgeous beach view --very nice patio furniture --ice maker --kitchen appliances worked fine Would definitely return to Phoenix West II. Might return to Unit 405 if updating issues resolved.

Wonderful location right on the beach! Take the elevator down, walk across the boardwalk, and you are at the ocean. Soft white sand and beautiful ocean waves. Plenty of pools for adults and kids. Adult pools had nice waterfalls and kid pools had mushroom towers to play under. Fun to go crabbing at night with flashlights. You have to wear a wristband which is really annoying. Parking was close and easy. Didn’t use the indoor amenities. Luggage carts available easily. Room balcony had a gorgeous view. The room itself was done cheaply. Doors stuck and didn’t work well. Shower didn’t drain. Phone didn’t work. Couldn’t open the dishwasher unless the fridge door was open. Furniture was stained. But it was spacious and we spent most of the time on the beach anyway! There is not really anyone to ask questions or talk to about the room. The front desk is not usually staffed. You go to another building to check in/out.

Our family recently stayed at the Phoenix West 2 condo for a week. The room was 1511. The condo was beautiful and the property is very nice with the exception of only six elevators for 32 floors. On arrival we waited for 25 minutes and 5 plus elevators came all completely full of people. We ended up using stairs 5 flights to carry our luggage to the room. The parking garage only goes to 12th floor but we parked on the 10th. We booked through Alabama Getaways and we complained to them with no response and they did not allow us to leave feedback. If you could get an elevator people were all complaining about the wait times.

Thank you so much for your rating! However it sounds like though it was an overall great trip, there were still some issues during your stay. We set high standards here at Brett/Robinson, and highly value your choice to vacation with us. We will forward this to our management team and work to get it right.

Spent 4 nights at Phoenix West II in a 3 bedroom condo. Cost over $4500. It was a family vacation so would normally not have an issue with cost. However I have stayed at condos for less that were much nicer. Elevator experience was horrible. Most time had to wait over 30 minutes. Sometimes much longer. Was on 7th floor so many times ended up going down many flights of stairs. Lazy river is nice but very very crowded. Room had an ice maker which did not work since it needed cleaning. Extra small refrigerator was frozen and didn’t work. This was supposed to be a premium condo. I still can’t figure out why. Kitchen was not well equipped. Couldn’t find a knife that would cut. Very few spoons. I so wanted to like this place but will not stay here again.
