The location of this condo complex was great. We were very close to a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment without having the traffic nightmares of Gulf Shores. It is very close to the State Park to enjoy their trails as well. The condo complex is right on the beach which was very convenient. Our first floor unit was clean and pretty quiet, you could here some running from the unit above at times but nothing major. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice but it is a little small and got super crowded at times. The hot tub never really got hot either, more like lukewarm. The biggest fault I found was that the hallways to the rooms were not clean. The carpet in the halls were stained and there were guests/owners openly vaping and smoking in halls and the pool area when the staff was not around. The building did have scaffolding set up around the front so perhaps they are getting ready to do a cosmetic upgrade. All in all it was not a bad place to stay at all. Check in/out was easy and virtual. The condo company didn't provide handsoap but did give a small dish soap, roll of paper towels and a sponge so pack accordingly. The grill area has both charcoal and gas grills and a good amount of space to use them. For the price of the unit for our stay i would expect a little more in terms of in room amenities and the overall state of the building.

I can't say enough good about our experience with our host Catherine Mullen and about our visit! Easiest check-in, everything was just as pictured. A very charming condo, clean, well equipped, and comfy and cozy! Even though we had a side balcony, we still had a lovely view of the Gulf. Catherine was very accessible, and eager to make sure any problems that might arise, would be taken care of quickly! I would HIGHLY recommend Catherine and any property she has! It was worth every penny! We all can't wait to go back, and if possible, we will rent the same unit again. Great vacation!

We stayed in Unit #506. Thought we got a great deal, but we didn't. Unit is in need of repairs! Just updating and maintaining it would make a huge difference. The unit was so bad that my 11 and 5 yr olds passed by another unit that had their door open and could not believe how nice it SHOULD look. -You have to unplug the dishwasher to use the garbage disposal, then plug it back in. -The balcony door was so hard to open that even coating it in WD-40 did very little. -The kitchen table was very wobbly so we folded up extra pot holders and put them under the table legs to steady it. -Furniture is very worn, very used. Everything looked like it was an afterthought or extra furniture from an old unit. -Holes and patched paint all over the walls (like decorations were taken down). -The fan in the bathroom off of the kitchen (and into the 2nd bedroom) did not work. -The 2nd bedroom was also very warm, had to use a box fan, while the master bedroom froze. -The bunk beds are a nice option but it takes up most of the room in the bedroom and covers the closet door. -There is white wicker furniture in the 2nd bedroom, the dresser was missing a handle and had something pointy in it's place, with tape covering it. -There are two elevators. One off of the pool lobby is nice. The other one by the parking lot looks like it will stop working any second. -The entire unit seemed dirty and just not taken care of very well. The pools and hot tub are nice - those are the best part of the condo. It's great to have an indoor pool with a pass through to the outdoor. There was wifi, but very slow if non-existent, especially at night.

Brought our family of 12 down for a week in July. Kids loved the pool. Small resort where everyone got to know everyone for the week. Condo was clean and as promised. The building was well taken care of also. would love to return.
