We were traveling through to Florida with 2 big dogs. They are super pet friendly! Place to walk your dog, poop bags and a dog “park” across the street at Loves. Everything was super clean! No smells at least that humans can smell! Lol beds were comfy! Cracker Barrel, Loves, Mc Donald’s and Burger King are all close! Easy on easy off highway! Would recommend!
We got two rooms here, mainly because we were traveling with a small dog, and they have pet rooms. The whole hotel is very clean. The lobby is open and the staff is lovely. Due to Covid-19 the breakfast is limited, but very clean. There is a Waffle House, McDonald’s, Burger King, and Cracker Barrel very close. It is pretty busy because of a large truck stop at the exit. Also there is small dog park across the street and a dog area with bags and trash can at the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the large shower was wonderful. There is a patio with chairs and a gas grill in the back of the property. We think that it was the best bang for the buck in years.
Yes, rooms are clean and they are pet friendly. In reference to breakfast, it needs help. Not fresh; more like pre-made food that needs to be microwaved. You are better off picking up freshly made breakfast at McDonald's across the street.
Well located for highway travelers. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast was not that great, which I attribute to the pandemic and the need to make it grab and go. Pandemic precautions were well posted for travelers and observed by staff.
This was well below my expectations this is what we saw on the way to our room. I am not sure what that is on the carpet but this is what we saw. Staff was rude and I can’t believe that outside of the rooms was filthy and inside was considerably worse and I guess I assumed since pets were allowed that they would have the rooms sanitized between customers. Also you can see the grouting in the bathroom has also not been cleaned in a while. Our room smelled like stinky dog upon arrival but it was late and we were already here. Also they had a spray bottle outside the door so you could sanitize the luggage rack yourself which was pretty tacky. Also the bottle was not labeled with what it contained which would be an issue since people could have sensitivity to certain cleaning products. We won’t be staying here again. With covid also being an issue they did not have areas or have anything posted about social distancing or wearing mask. Guest were not wearing mask throughout the facility but the staff were. People were standing in line and nothing was marked to promote social distancing. There were also children in the lobby and no restrictions about number of guest allowed in the lobby at one time.…
