#8 of 11 hotels in Foley
Located next to Tanger Outlet Mall. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Approx. 8 miles to the beach in Gulf Shores, Waterville USA is approx. 5 miles. Great central location to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Foley Sports Plex's. The Wharf in Orange Beach, where numerous concerts are held is only about 8 miles. We are just a great centrally located hotel, without paying the high prices at the beach.

I paid over one thousand dollars for 5 nights at this terrible place. It is old, dreary and filthy. It is at least in need of a several million dollar renovation. However I would recommend tearing it down the rebuilding from the ground u[p. It claimed no pets, however there were dogs and cats all over the place. My room was supposed to be non smoking however I could smell all the smoking that was going on in the adjoining rooms. The beds were so very uncomfortable that I could not get a decent nights sleep. Why didn't I go somewhere else you may ask. Well, I looked for a place to stay from Dauphine Island all the way to Destin, Fl, there was nothing to be had during the time that I would be there in any other place. That should have told me something. But, this was a week for my grandson to get away to the beach and I did not want to disappoint. We were out of the room most of every day doing great things in the area, Parasailing, a cruise on a sailboat and a fun day at the OWA amusement park. Plenty of good restaurants in the area so we did not go hungry. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

H*LL TO THE NO! Where do I begin? My family & I stayed here April 7th-9th. I thought that I had booked through the hotel site but guess I didn’t & that hurt my standing with the hotel as a guest because as guest, the hotel is honor bound to help you but if u book thru 3rd party-NOPE. 1) the key cards had to be repeatedly reset as the door wouldn’t open despite being ‘green lit’ & my little boy actually opened the door w/o the card! 2) the room phone didn’t work as the telephone cord/wires had been yanked from the wall 3) AC didn’t work 4) marked up walls 5) dead flies in the dressers 6) Flimsy breakfast 7) Housekeeping only took trash & left towels but didn’t make beds 8) maintenance never did repair the door lock or the room phone 9) no water pressure. Oh, & the front desk refused to give me a hotel receipt! Their excuse? “We’re short staffed.”

Bed bugs in the room, cigarette burn holes in the comforter and no pillow cases on any of the pillows. The door to our room was open when we arrived which made us think someone else was in our room and the door would barely close. This place is a complete dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room smelled like marijuana and you could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned. Took a minute to get the light in the bathroom to come on. When it did come on we didn’t like what we saw. See the below pictures for the dirty ness🤢We left!! Don’t recommend.................................

While the building looked a bit older we found our room o be upgraded, roomy & clean. The woman at reception couldn’t do enough to be helpful and was very pleasant. Diana who attended to the breakfast was totally on top of everything! She kept everything well stocked and clean! While this wasn’t a top notched hotel it was a truly affordable, clean, pleasant environment to stay in! ❤️
