I inadvertently left a fairly expensive item at the hotel and called within 24 hours to ask about it. 100% certain it was left at Econo Lodge. I called 4 times and spoke to 3 different people about getting my personal item back and neither of them called me back with any information. I have never had this happen if an item was left at a hotel. Also left message for the manager to call and never received a response.

This place is absolutely awful. We were there for one night after a concert, and got a non-smoking room, and the second we walked in all we could smell was smoke. I tried to deal with it but just couldn't, so I asked to be moved to a new room. The new one was *slightly* better but still extremely stinky of smoke. They have dehumidifiers in the rooms, I am thinking to try and dissipate the smoke smell, but it doesn't work. It is just dingy, stinky and gross. We could not wait to get out of there and wash the place off of us! When we got home, everything we brought inside that was in the room smelled so bad and stunk up the house! We also could hear other guests rather clearly, so it not a very quiet place, either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Room Tip: If you don't mind smelling of cigarettes- get a room. If not, just don't stay here.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. The only thing about this hotel that was alright was the front desk clerk Janet I think her name was. We booked this hotel because it was the only one we could find after hurricane Ida and we just wanted air and needed a room that was pet friendly. We booked the room for 2 nights which we only stayed one and left as soon as we got our power back on at home. The grounds are absolutely disgusting trash everywhere and a lot of sketchy people. The only room that they had available was a smoking room which my husband and I agreed to take because we didn’t want to sleep in a hot house. I’ll never stay at this hotel again

We were a group of 7 families, one of the families-the very first to book her stay (2 months prior to arrival) got her reservation cancelled on Wednesday, the morning of check in. She drove 6 hours only to be told by a very unapologetic front desk agent that she couldn't be helped-she didn't know what happened. EVEN THOUGH she also admitted to being the person to confirm the booking. She was of NO help until I stated that I thought it was completely unacceptable including the fact that she didn't even offer to call another hotel in the area until I told her that was the customer service thing to do. My friend had to stay 1 less day as the 6 other families, at a crappy hotel for $179 more. This, in itself will cause all of us to take our business elsewhere. Unfortunate, we did enjoy our stay-those of us that did not get screwed around. But that's not enough to dismiss such a huge mistake with no apology or correction or customer service. When asked to talk to a manager-we were told "they won't respond till tomorrow anyway". Christy Czapla was on the business card I took.

I have stayed here several times. I am always happy and satisfied. Then I had to deal with the blonde lady at night a couple of times. She thinks she works at the Ritz Carlton. Snobby, Rude and belittling to one guest ahead of me at the counter. He showed a lot of patience because she did everything she could to try to get a chance to get him to say something it seems anyway. If I have to deal with her in evenings I would just stay somewhere else but thank goodness I sleep at night mostly. But if I need something in the middle of the night, I'll make sure to just wait till in the morning. One Bad Apple makes the whole batch bad.
