I am apprised with my stay in Ginger hotel MIDC Andheri Mumbai.
The reception and room service staff is very kind and helpful to serve us in any situation.
The cleanliness in the covid era is main reason to like Ginger. They used to follow every precautionary measure in terms of cleanliness.
I am very much appraised by the Ms.Ashwini bhosle one of the great room service provider employee in Ginger.
She used to clean every single corner of the room and keep the things well placed and organised even in our absence when we are in the offices.
I especially recommend for Ginger stay in Andheri Mumbai.
Even the restaurant of Ginger provides a delicious food on single bell in a reasonable rate with homely feeling food
Please stay same in future as well to provide a homely feel even when you are far away from home.

Staff: Preety decent. They were new to their work(knew after asking) but have been professional and polite at the same time while dealing with all kinds of customers. Diligent towards their work that makes an institution gain reputation too. To name 1 I will prefer to acknowledge Krishna P. who is proactive and smart which makes it very easy to get any grievance addressed immediately.
Location: Step out to find market place and transport for easy commute. It's that close.
Rooms: Preety decent. Slight maintenance is required in few rooms but overall it is good. The staffs are always ready to help as much as possible and this includes security too.
Food: Meals have been good with great breakfast.
Improvememt: A better smelling sanitizer :D. An extra room cleaning employee. Steady replacement of plastic water heater to a metal one. The board indicating the floors and services offered by hotel must be present at a more visible place than beside the lift.

2 weeks back, it came as a shock to me when I was detected with Covid 19 (mild) and had to move out of my house. Was given 2 options for Hotel Quarantine - 1st one was Ginger Hotel Andheri and 2nd one was some hotel at Belapur.
I opted for Ginger Hotel at Andheri. I completed my 2 weeks Quarantine in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking out for Quarantine facilities. Rooms are very clean and spacious with good facilities.
The staff here is very supportive and their service is extra ordinary. To name a few staff members from whom I got extra ordinary service is Krishna Priya, Sanjana, Sayantika, Akshay, also special mention about Sagar and Milind from Security who always deliver stuff from the ground floor to the room whether it's medicines, personal..etc.. Other staff also equally good, however unaware about their names.
Not to forget, Ginger Hotel has a tie up with Hotel Viaan who provide quality food in the form of packed food and also ala cart services directly to the room. This is the best hotel in Mumbai and special thanks to Sunil, Sanu and DSouza uncle... Sunil always ensured that the food was customised as per my requirement and Sanu used to deliver it to my room.
Ginger Hotel has a tie up with Shiv Shakti medical and medicines ordered are handed over at the room by the security staff. It's really convenient.
To conclude, it's a superb team work and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking out for a Quarantine facility. As a normal hotel also their services are excellent which I experienced in December 2020.
The atmosphere is really positive and really helped recover faster.
Thanks to the entire staff of Ginger Hotel and Hotel Viaan for pleasent experience and recover well.

If there was a negative rating, I would have given one for this stay. We reached late night on 05th Aug, had booked a queen bed and an extra bed for the room, they assigned us a room on the 6th floor thats smoking floor (each room had the smoking sign on the main door and the lobby was stinking with cigarette smell). The team at the reception insisted its not a dedicated smoking floor but one of the house keeping stay mentioned both 6th and 7th are. The room assigned to us was also with two single beds. I insisted we be moved to another floor and in a room with a double bed, after a few heated discussion we were assigned room 515 on Floor 5. The room was unclean, leaking, moulds everywhere (see screenshots). We had to only stay one night and it was very late at night so did not say anything. The next morning we ordered breakfast, one of the disposable plastic cup containing watermelon juice had a strip of plastic in it, it was most probably from the cup itself, the coffee cups had dirt and mould in them, had to wash and clean those again. Overall a very pathetic stay, I tagged Ginger hotels on twitter and shared the pics as well, but nobody bothered to even respond. I booked the room at this hotel thinking it is backed by TATA group and that it would be similar exp as other Indian Hotels chain but shocked with the sorry state of the property.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and quick. They do luggage scan for added security. Room was clean and tidy. Staffs were were very humble. Room has all basis thing you need. They are operating on travel sustainable mode which is great. Four water bottles per night is given. Room has small freeze as well. Each floor has water dispenser if you need extra water. Delicious breakfast with lots of option is served from 7.30 - 10.30 AM. They can keep your luggage if you need early checkout and want to go for sight seeing. Overall good experience and you can rely on Tata brand and just go for it.

This week I had a short business transit stay at Ginger Mumbai. The front desk staff was very courteous and quick. The restaurant food was tasty and they served a complimentary dessert. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. The AC was a bit noisy. This hotel is a good value for money.
