We stayed here for two night the room was very comfortable and modern decor . WiFi is excellent nice bathroom facilities. Restaurant has a good menu and of course good service. Breakfast Buffett also fried eggs or omelette available also. It is located in older part of the city.

Sahil Hotel is truly home away from home . I have been staying at Sahil from 2015 every year in Jan /Feb with my parents. I wouldn't stay anywhere else . The location is central , close to hospitals shopping areas and tourist attractions . The best part about Sahil is the amazing hospitality from the entire staff that we r welcomed and treated with during our entire stay . The concierge, the front desk , the restaurant staff , cleaners and the duty managers esp Rajnee who truly is an asset to Sahil Hotel . The breakfast offers a wide variety of Indian dishes and both restaurants serve delicious meals at all times . This year my dad was sick in hospital and the hotel staff were very supportive , on arrival they presented him flowers as it was birthday .They also made a birthday cake at a last minute request , a lovely gesture from Sahil. Rooms are very comfortable and clean . Thank u to everyone at Sahil Hotel !!!

I stayed at the hotel during my solo trip to Mumbai to attend the TEDx Gateway event. I found the property and the staff very welcoming right from early check-in on a weekend. Though the rooms are compact, but well laid out with all the amenities that one expects from any 3/4 Star Hotel. Overall neat and tidy rooms, great food with a nice buffet breakfast. The hotel was very proactive on requests, as I planned to checkout early morning at 6AM, I requested for some sandwiches and juice at 5:30AM in the morning for breakfast. When I woke up at 5AM I thought of reminding them but I missed, but they didn't. 5:30AM sharp the door bell rang and there was my breakfast. Great service and good experience overall. Would definitely look to stay again when in Mumbai and would certainly recommend it to everyone.

The best part of this hotel are the well organized staff. From reservation to front office and room service , you will not face any issues with the staff. Always in smile face and helping .

I had planned a quick trip to Mumbai with my wife for the weekend, where the plan was to take a quick gander at the iconic eateries in South Mumbai. The hotels in the area were expectedly overpriced, so after a lot of thought I decided to go with The Sahil, which was comparatively economical and the ratings and images were decent enough.
Now the plan was to reach Mumbai, explore food near Churchgate and reach the hotel at night. After our dinner at one of the restaurants, we went on to book a cab, which showed the location somewhere 30 kms away. Confused, since I had cooked a hotel in South Mumbai for convenience, I checked Google and it said the same - 30 kms away. Cursing myself, I boarded the cab and travelled to reach the location. But the hotel wasn't there. I called their front desk and the tried to navigate me to the place, which means we, along with our poor driver, treaded the same road a few times. Soon we got a call from them saying that our Google Account was facing some challenge, due to which it was showing the wrong address, post which they sent me a new address which was - guess what? - in South Mumbai. Exhausted and annoyed, we left again for the "new location'. After 3 hours of travel (which is how much was our travel from Pune to Mumbai), we reached the hotel, which seemed to be under construction. Without a word of apology, we were handed our keys to a small room, where we will hear noises from the outside till late at night and starting early in the morning.
So overall, the experience was nothing short of disappointing.

We came to Mumbai for the Ganpati celebrations..... The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Also, The Sahil Hotel provides luggage-keeping facilities after checkout... we can go out for our work after checkout in the morning and take it back by showing the luggage tag in the evening anytime... Bellboy, Mr. Nelister helped us by keeping our luggage in the luggage room.

We have spent 3 nights in this hotel and we have already booked again for next week 2 nights. We have missed some nights in between because it is full. Honestly I can bet there is no better classic, quality, clean, beautiful downtown hotel in Mumbai that The Sahil. The hotel has quality finish, beautiful design and super clean👌. You would not wish to get our of the room once checked in since the surrounding is nothing like it. If this hotel get less that 5 stars is only because of two things which I may understand; The breakfast : The breakfast is nothing like the hotel, it is very local, perhaps only for locals, very non-international. Honestly the management should consider going beyond that, should consider international guests as well. Choices are very limited. It would be still fair if they increase the price a little bit but improved breakfast. The carpets: Despite the hotel being super clean, the carpets are not a good idea, cause they are dirty, stains all over, Honestly they are not playing a good part, they should be removed. Consider putting quality tiles or not a wall-to-wall carpet.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Will definitely recommend, will definitely come again.

Hotel staff are really friendly, you feel warm and comfortable to talk to them. Starts from you enter in the hotel turban guy, security, concierge, reception, travel desk madam, breakfast restaurant staff and room cleaning staff all are very kind and helpful. Location is good, you can get taxi very easily. All sightseeing places 30 min away with taxi.

We took an exécutive room. There was no bathtub only shower. They have a website with the description of the room and I think you can ask for a confirmation by phone or email.
