Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove is often commended for its scenic sea views and inviting rooms, though there's a call for updates. The staff's courteousness and attention to detail are regularly praised, contributing to the hotel's positive atmosphere and clean environment. Situated on the beachfront, the location is ideal for many, despite occasional noise issues.
While the hotel is seen as providing value, some guests have flagged concerns with extra charges. Amenities, especially the varied breakfast and efficient room service, are a highlight for visitors.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 5 nights, over New Years Eve 2020. Very good location just a couple of minutes from Juhu beach and the Juhu Cowpatty street food area.
Very comfortable room with everything we needed (hot water, A/C, tea making gear, tv, hair dryer, etc). Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices from fresh fruits, to cakes, pastries, bacon, eggs however you wanted them, Dhals, Bhajis, Rotis, Idli and Paratha. Fresh replenishments were brought out regularly, so you didn't feel you were left with the dregs even if you came down towards the end of breakfast service.
The hotel organised a driver for us (Deepak) for a couple of days and he was very good - an excellent, calm driver amongst the madness of Mumbai roads, he took us to all the sights and acted as our guide, making sure we saw and understood everything. The hotel bar was a touch expensive (Rps 1,440 for two Kingfisher beers), but this is a good hotel in a city, so I guess you can expect to pay a bit more.
All the staff were friendly and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are staying in North Mumbai.

Highly recommend this hotel for location close to the great shopping areas of Lokhandwala and Bandra, cleanliness and size of rooms though the breakfast room can get a bit crowded and service a bit harassed. We always return here whenever we holiday in Mumbai. Juhu Chowpatti is just outside so the evenings can get crowded but it’s quite an enjoyable experience mingling with the locals.

We stayed one night at this lovely hotel as it is near the International Airport and close to the vibrant Juhu beach. We had an awesome experience which was made exceptionally amazing by the Manager Mr Rajesh Costello. The check in was very swift and speedy and we were ushered into our beach facing superior room with no fuss. The room boys were very courteous and polite and provided us with complimentary water and extra towels without any problems at all and very speedily too.
The room that we had, facing the beach was very spacious with a very large bed, the air conditioning was excellent and very sensitive and we could cool the room to our liking. The room was very well appointed with a sofa and plenty of space around. The bathroom was all luxury with bath robes, the water pressure was astounding and the amenities provided were of the best quality and stunning.
We did not use the swimming pool but there were some parties going on and it looked very colourful. It is on the beach and the Juhu Chowpaty which is very vibrant and exciting to sample all the Indian street foods. You can also walk on the beach in the evening without being harassed. Across the hotel there are many restaurants and shops and other five star hotels which are walking distance away, so is the famous Prithvy Theatre.
Rajesh Costello has a very well trained army of staff and it is very evident especially in the restaurants and breakfast areas. They are always happy to assist you and ready to chat with you about anything from travel, cricket to politics. Rajesh's values percolate to all his staff. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and we thank him for this.
We will certainly visit this lovely hotel again and recommend to our friends and family.

Visited the hotel with family. First shocker came when the hotel said that they only had a handful of parkings and a valet asked me for the keys since the car would have to be moved around the limited parking space as and when needed(During COVID, all good hotels are advising guests to park themselves, so demanding car keys was a bit off). The room offered was not clean, had ageing interiors and worn off bath linens. The AC controller in the room had been disabled by the hotel. They controlled the room AC keeping it ON for an hour and then OFF for the subsequent hour, during which the room would get extremely hot and humid, since the windows were not openable. When I complained about the malfunctioning AC, the duty manager told me that they need to maintain a temperature of 24 degrees, claiming it was govt. mandation (mandation might be for the lobby and common areas, but I don't think it can be for the guest rooms. I suspect they were doing this to save electricity). And to achieve a temperature of 24 degrees, they would keep the AC ON at lowest temperature setting for an hour; and since this made the rooms very cool, they shut the AC for the next hour to heat them up to 24 degrees again. This cycle repeated through the day and even night, where you felt extremely cold for an hour, followed by hot for another hour. I couldn't sleep properly, and was constantly requesting the duty manager to turn the AC ON at 24 degrees rather than following the ON/OFF cycle. "If you want temperature as 24, put the setting at 24", I told the manager. It was a no-brainer but the manager said "he couldn't do it". Why not, was beyond comprehension for me. Its the first time I've been in a hotel room where the AC temperature was controlled by the housekeeping staff. After spending a sleepless night, I decided to check out of the hotel the next morning, despite having booked the room for two nights. While checking out, I noticed some front desk guys didn't even have their masks on. Speaks volumes on the overall hygiene and safety protocols for the hotel. At the breakfast table, their menu options were hopelessly limited and the food didn't taste great. The coffee they served was the cheapest one available in market (Nescafe Sunrise instant coffee; which has 30% chicory mixed with coffee to reduce cost).
This is a beach side hotel with good view of the sea. But the experience kills location advantage this hotel has got. Scanning through the reviews post checking out (I didn't check them before booking, else I would've never booked!), I found the management gave a blanket reply to most negative reviews. Claiming that the customer was wrong and unreasonable, every criticism was responded via "We've been in this industry for decades and know how to run a hotel". If the top management has such attitude towards customer grievances, there's little the ones lower down can do. Can't blame them. Lesson learnt; and would never visit this place again.

Stayed at the property on 26th November 2022 as a couple.
Overall stay was nice and comfortable. Had booked this as a 5 star property, but no way this can be labelled as one. Room was small, bathroom cramped, property not what one can call a 5 star facility. Yes the prices are lower than other 5 star facilities in Mumbai but then why call yourself a 5 star.
The good things -
Property is bang on Juhu beach and one can just walk down to the beach to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Mumbai street food, the sea and the sand and the multi hued crowd.
Lot of restaurants adjacent to the property gives you options for food if you find the food prices too high at Ramada, which they are (imagine a roti at 175 rs).
The food taste was awesome however. We had buffet dinner at Ramada's restaurant (they have two, one specializing in oriental fare, which we did not try). At 1100 per pax, the spread was quite good with nonveg starters and main course, one mutton dish also being there. Taste was quite good for all the items we tried. Service prompt and friendly.
Next day's buffet breakfast was pretty good too, with a wide spread. Liked the bacon and salami inclusions personally, with a few options of cheese making my day. Restaurant staff was quite efficient.
The opportunities
Front desk staff was sadly not upto the mark. Took ages to check us in. The two gents and one lady at the desk kept on chatting away while we stood as the computer guy fidgeted around on the keyboard taking all his time in the world. Then, when he spoke, I could hardly follow him and it took me sometime to understand what exactly he was saying.
As said before, the room was quite small and comparable to 3 star facility. Given that in Mumbai, spacious rooms would be hard to get but my own experience in other 4 star facilities in Mumbai has been different.
The swimming pool was non descriptive and worse than a 3 star facility. With housekeeping going on after a night poolside party, one would never feel to take a dip in the pool.
Overall - if you are looking for enjoying Juhu beach in Mumbai, you can go for Ramada but be prepared to not having that 5 star feel while in staying here.

We booked the room through Make my trip after seeing the location and when we reached hotel around 2 pm we were asked to wait for 30minutes for check in and finally when we got the room there was no one to assist us to the room so we had to go to our room by ourself with luggage and than I realised the Worst part was waiting for us!!!The condition of the room was worst than the roadside hotel, it was stinking and dust all over. So,after seeing the condition of the room we left the room immediately and when we requested for cancellation they asked us to speak to Make my trip so after speaking to MakeMyTrip team when we went to speak to the front office manager he went hiding and was nowhere to be seen for more than an hr So,After waiting for almost 2hrs we went back to Four seasons.
Few points which makes this hotel the worst hotel:
1.Front office guys were very arrogant and unprofessional who cannot even speak properly.
2.Very old staff most of the staff were uncle’s and Auntie’s and I’m sure not from proper management background.
3.The condition of the rooms are pathetic with Broken table and linens turned to brown from white.
4.The condition of the Spa was worse.

Dear Guest, Greetings from Ramada Plaza Palm Grove Mumbai!! We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel as your accommodation during your recent visit to Mumbai and providing feedback. We apologize that your experience was anything less than satisfying. Our goal is to not only meet the needs of each and every guest we serve, but to exceed your expectations to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We took some time to check the CCTV recording of each and every place that you visited during your short stay and also checked with all our associates in details, who all have interacted with you during your visit in our Hotel. Kindly find our reply. You reached our hotel at 1 pm, our bell desk staff picked your luggage immediately from your car and escorted you to our reception counter. Front office associate requested you to wait in the lobby for five minutes as the hotel was full on the previous night. However it is seen that you never waited in the lobby and went on to our gust floor and also to our fitness center, after spending about 14 minutes in different parts of our hotel you came back to the front office counter and immediately your room key was given. We received a call from your agent after 30 minutes mentioning that you did not like the room but without any specific reason. Immediately after getting the call from your agent we decided to offer you a free upgrade to one of our Premium higher category room. Manger on duty personally came and showed you the room. Kindly note we are one of the well-known international branded Five Star hotel in Mumbai and running our operation successfully for last 35 years, we very well understand how to upkeep our guest rooms and public area. Your booking was for a base category room and under non cancellable and non amendable offer hence we could not accept your request for refund. We once again thank you for choosing our hotel and look forward to welcome you again at Ramada Plaza Palm Grove Mumbai. Warm Regards. Randhir Tanwar Vice President Ramada Plaza Palm Grove.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this oasis in Mumbai. I can confirm that the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of western and indian choices. It gets busy around 9:30am and overflow seating in the adjacent restaurant was great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is highly staffed. The pool was very nice and clean with both shaded and sunny areas available. We got upgraded to one of the Ocean facing rooms; there are only 7 rooms directly facing the sea. The room was large, quiet, and very comfortable. There are occasional noisy helicopters flying directly over the pool area from the nearby small airport.

We stayed in this hotel from 30 January through 1 February 2020. The hotel is very close to Juhu Beach and that is why I choose this hotel but price does not justify the quality of the hotel. Guests services were very good but all other services were not a 4 star quality hotel. Bathroom fixtures are not modern and we found the first hotel that does not provide face towel. Whole bathroom is flooded when you take shower and I think that is the chronic problem of lots of hotel in India because the shower area is not enclosed. We complained to the front office and they wanted to move us to another room. When we visited the other room it has the same problem and was told that all of the rooms are configured same way. Food quality was not that good either and dinner prices were very high compared to the area.

I went by its name and right from the time i checked in till i checked out,I only had issues after issues. Very bad quality food, billing system, service overall. Can u imagine, extra spoons or plates requested is also charged! During this Covid times, the management insist that we have to make payment every time we ordered something. The food was really substandard and the quality was really insufficient. There was really no value for money, the standard is even below a two start hotel. My strongest suggestion is - PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE
