We stayed at Lemon Tree for 4 days and the experience was amazing. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and i must mentioned front desk staff ”Krishanakumar” and “Kajol” especially where Krishanakumar helped us by giving an early check in as complementary.It was such a relief for us as we were really tired because our flight was 3 hours delayed.
The room was extremely clean, spacious, and welcoming. The bathroom was also very nice and the housekeeping staff doing a great job where we got the help of ”Salik” and ”Jay” Jay helped us with finding shopping centers near the hotel and places for street shopping.I must say Lemon tree hotel is full of supportive staff all the people who we approached were really helpful. They were very patient with us while we asked them tons of questions.I will never forget the help given by security officer “Shalesh Kamble” who helped us with giving directions to “GHATKOPAR” through Mumbai metro and helped us finding Autos for road trips.
Overall the breakfast was really good and so many varieties of Indian food and they are really delicious.Thank you “Alolika” and “Bhavik” for assisting us in the breakfast.I really appreciate the hospitality of all the staff members.It was really great experience staying at Lemon Tree.

My first stay at the Lemon Tree Premier in Mumbai, and it more than met the expectations for hospitality, quality of stay and the exceptional warmth and kindness of the team. The ambience was tasteful and thoughtfully crafted showcasing the phenomenon of Mumbai and its transition from Bombay...through Cleverly appointed beautiful large canvases celebrating the various landmarks and characteristics of the city. Very pleasant experience from the time we disembarked from the taxi through to check-in at the reception. The room was clean and nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities to make a business stay comfortable. Good free WiFi with an option of high speed internet on demand at a reasonable cost. Complimentary water, and dialing ‘0’ was picked up almost at the first ring for services at all times.
Complementary breakfast till 11.00am with a wide choice to select from and efficient service by the team.
All in all a really great stay characterized by excellent service which I’m sure is very much appreciated by most of the clientele who are either corporates or airline staff (Vistara/Indigo).
Everyone from the housekeeping team Dattaraj), to the Citrus Restaurant (Jayesh Parab, Restaurant Management) and Jenvie Peters, Executive Assistant Manager were all at the top of their game to ensure the Lemon Tree Premier - Mumbai International Airport making its mark as a very serious contender in providing exceptional service and hospitality.
Peeves: 1. The laundry was not delivered till you called and asked for it which was a minor irritation. 2. The breakfast pastry selection was disappointing...almost an afterthought. The muffins, croissants, danish, doughnuts and cake were small and sad. Would have been really nice to have regular breakfast muffins, doughnuts and croissants to go with the reasonably good coffee (not taken seriously enough by the team).
All in all, an excellent experience which I hope to repeat.

Checked in to lemon tree o 02/05/20 and checked out on 04/05/20.
Stay was horrible. Less I write about the. Heck in experience the better.
I had to make 5 calls to front desk throughout my stay to fix the damn ac in my room.
It would work for 2-3 hours and then decide to take a break. My room would heat up and I woke up with a sweat. I doubt I had more than 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Before I left I ordered breakfast. Options were limited because of the lockdown, which is understandable and justifiable. However, I ordered sunny side up eggs, they were served to me without any salt and pepper and without any breads. I guess I should be thankful I was given cutlery. My only question is when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, but what when life gives you lemon tree?

It was Horrible and completely surprising that in this Pandemic time hotel is missing Hygienic atmosphere and Reception Staff was also extremely rude. Cockroaches are all over in your Bathroom how can people give 4 star ratings????? Ashvini on front desk was extremely rude and no one was bothered to give us information about breakfast when and where they served....if you want to waste your money then only go with this property.

My friend had booked a stay for his b'day on 17th june 2021 for a quiet b'day night. The room ambience was warm lights & a cozy rainy day outside with an overview of the city lights. I recomend room# 708 incase you are looking for a city view.
Chef (binish) had sent a special b'day lunch. Veg kebabs. Palak paneer and roti wch was delicious.
Our night dinner was prepared by chef (tushar) accompanied with chicken tandoori, fish fingers & munchies & a fried rice with semi gravy for dinner.
Our check out was indeed memorable with a brekfast buffet followed by cake cutting by the lemontree staff at the cafeteria.
We also remember security incharge (mr deshmukh) wishing my friend a hapy b'day& also the reception staff was very warm and welcoming.
The hotel follows strict covid19 rules by the government which we really appreciate & for that reason the swimming pool area was closed.

I booked 3 rooms for my birthday night, firstly at check-in the behaviour of the staff was not right. I had booked 3 smoking rooms with king/queen size bed but while check in they did not have either and lied saying I did not select a preference. I called the hotel after booking to request my preferences of the room and got a confirmation. The lobby manager was very rude for check in for my other friends since they checked in late and again had to argue with them for room preference even after I requested preference during my check in. Friend had a sheesha in his bag the manager refused him to enter the premises and said it's not allowed and asked his security staff to not let him in. My friend politely tried to explain that there are no such written rules for getting sheesha inside the hotel, he was cornered by 4 people outside the lobby and behavior was aggressive for a petty thing. The only hotel I have ever heard that you are charged for ice bucket and when i asked is it written in the menu, no answer was given. Later they provided the ice bucket after talking and reasoning with the manager. While asking for the ice bucket the second time again a lie that in room dinning is closed, I called to order dinner they were ready to serve that. The hotel is run on their own self staff made rules and rudeness. I would suggest to book a different hotel this is not a lemon tree standard.

The covid-19 protocols were diligently followed and they have a good upkeep of the environment and the rooms are maintained very hygiene. I would like to appreciate Mr Aman Raj (f&b) staff.
