We stayed at the Courtyard for one night only whilst waiting for a flight home to the UK. We arranged with the hotel for an airport pick up due to the coronvirus escalting and thought they would be cleaner and therefore safer.
On check in we were told that due to an event taking place we would not be able to use the bar or resturant. I do wish I had have been told that in advance as I would have probably booked elsewhere as due to the outside area being not open we just had to sit in our room.
We therefore just used room service for our evening meal which was nice but would have been nice to have the option.
Left prior to breakfast being served so cannot comment on that at all

Very much bored of staying indoors in this covid times, we decided to have a staycation at Courtyard my Marriot. I must confess it was the best decision that we made. Since all covid-19 protocols very followed, the service was the best and they have done their best to ensure safety and comfort to the customers. During the breakfast at cafe momo, the spread was wondeful and tasty. They made it a point to serve every dish so that there is lesser risk associated with it. The rooms are well maintained and we had a great time with family. We have decided to occasionally plan a family staycation here since we enjoyed the whole experience. Not to forget do not miss the jacuzzi experience!!!!

We were looking for a hotel fairly close to the international airport, as we would be arriving after midnight, and didn't want a long ride to downtown. Naturally our flight was very late and we arranged a pre paid cab for the short ride to the property. Even at such an early hour, the staff was wonderful, and we were so glad to have a very nice room. Our rate included breakfast and it was served in a large cafe on the lobby floor. The buffet was great with many types of food and plenty of variety. We were so beat up from the long flights that we stayed around the hotel/pool during the day. On the morning of departure, we found another couple and shared a hotel transfer to the port. All the hotel staff, from the cooks to managers, were exceptional and seemed interested in insuring that the guests have a great stay.

Was there one night for a staycation Dirty carpets in passage and in the rooms Gym was closed so was dusty with garbage bins overflowing and no one bothered to keep it clean even though it wasn’t operational Dinner buffet was packed and had waiting
Clearly they were short staffed as absolutely no safety protocols were being followed - majority of guests were not wearing masks, everyone touching all around, no gloves or only staff serving, empty buffet dishes with sauces spilled all around. Did complain in the night and was truly surprised to see that in the morning everything was being followed. Proactiveness of the Coffee Shop team was amazing. And getting a surprise cake for my birthday was a super feeling
Hopefully their housekeeping team gets proactive to clean the carpets, tables and sofas

It is at a walking distance from Metro Train station and Bus Stop. It has a few good options nearby in terms of shopping and eating. The Juhu Beach is 8 Kms away. Our Executive Room which is a notch upgrade from Deluxe was nice. I wish that the curtain for the Restroom was inside rather than outstanding it for the privacy purpose. The Front Office staff was very cordial but as the other guest hbhanu mentioned that FO could work or talk more human than customary. They provided us with Sanitizer Wipes and Masks for these CoViD times and we appreciate that. Our best experience was around the Food and Beverages. We longed to see the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast and the smiling faces of the FnB team including Abhijeet Patwardhan who led the FnB Service from the front. Head Chef CDC Tejas obliged by getting our BF packed when we had to head out at 7 am and was always around in the dining area to catchup with the guests. It makes a huge difference. I am a BONVoY member and thus frequently stay at different Marriott properties but this one was a memorable one.

There are various other Marriott properties in the city of Mumbai but I have not come across any that pays as much attention to its guests. Umesh, the elite programme manager, Chef Tejas, Chef Akshay or the support staff of Mayur, Shubham are just a few names among all others who have been on their toes 24/7 to ensure that I have a comfortable stay. The front desk is always the most courteous and greets you with a smile no matter how much chaos ensues during group check-ins. The room service is always mindful of your needs and always goes the extra mile to ensure that they never say no to your request. The housekeeping staff makes sure that the room is up to date and all special requests are taken care of. It just makes me want to come back again and again.

To start with, we had booked room for 3 people but we were made to pay for the 3rd Person
Everything from cutlery to glassed were CHARGED extra for usage. If you want a glass for water- 200Rs extra A slice of lemon- 200Rs extra Even empty Plate and spoons were charged at Rs 200
The staff LIES to customers. Not once but multiple times.
The behaviour is completely appalling. Never expect such unprofessional behaviour from a hotel like Marriott.
Do a favor to yourself, DO NOT book a room for anyone there.

Right from the start till the end of our stay at the CY Marriot Mumbai was just splendid.
We were made comfortable at the time of check in by Yogendra and Hemant. Early check in was given and not just that, but also we were given rooms facing the pool. My brother was also given room just beside ours, so we all are together. It felt like home.
Inside the room, besides your regular hotel amenities, we were welcomed with a beautiful towel art done by the Housekeeping team. It was wonderful and just the welcome we were expecting.
Rohit at the Momo Cafe was just amazing. He recommendation of starters and food was just lip smacking and we enjoyed every bit of it. Rohit is truly an amazing human being, very humble, kind and treats you like a king. Even during the busy breakfast hours, he ensured that we are looked after and all is taken care. Had a good chat with Shreyas and the Executive Chef of the hotel, great people with great vision. You have a splendid team working for you and doing a great job.
We got to click some good pictures in the hotel by the poolside. Although getting in the pool will be a nicer feeling, however due to restrictions, it was closed. But it's great to see that the hotel following every aspect in ensuring that all the areas are well sanitized at all times for guest safety. Kudos again to the Housekeeping team. All areas were spick and span.
Lastly, courtesy Yogendra, a big thank you to you again. The gesture of sending a beautiful bottle of red wine and cake on the occasion of our anniversary was the best feeling ever. You made this stay very special and memorable. Obviously the late check out was a added cherry on the cake which sums up everything.
Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention, Shreyas, Rohit and his team, also gave us a See You Again Cake at the breakfast, which also made it very special.
Thank you to the entire CY Marriot Mumbai team for taking care of us and we shall definitely visit again soon.

Last week we stayed here as it was convenient to the International Airport. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Overall the stay was excellent. We were upgraded to the Executive Floor and the Front Office Associate Nikhal was outstanding gave us two rooms opposite each other which was very convenient. The Breakfast was really outstanding, food was really out of this world and the variety and choice was very impressive. Despite the restaurant being very large, the customer service was excellent we wanted to thank Ankur for his service. Chef Tegas made it a point to visit the tables to inquire on the customer experience and added a personal touch by preparing a special dish for us. Very impressive.

Hotel is a very well appointed property in mid-city Mumbai near airport. Feeling of security is apparent from the moment you arrive and the feeling of super welcoming staff starts with the very first NAMASTE through every interaction. During my stay, Sameera and Pranali up in the Executive lounge were awesome in greeting me and making me feel welcome. Aditya which assists, who handles the lounge area took the time to ask me about my stay, to ask me if there was anything I needed and further offered to assist should I need anything. People like that are the ones that make you feel like you are as important as they come. Sahin in the breakfast area never let me Chai glass go empty. I will be back in Mumbai and this will definitely be the hotel I stay at again.
