Detailed Reviews

The hotel is in a calm area. JB Nagar metro and bus stand are little away but in a walkable distance. You can reach airport by walk if short cult through a little nasty area opted. As the building seems renovated recently, it looks neat. Room is sufficient for a small family. No chair is available in room. No ventilation in bath room. An exhaust fan fitted in bath room is blowing to bed room! Staff are gentle.

+1
I had arrived at Mumbai Central Station close to the Colaba (original Arabian Sea port district) district, but was disappointed to learn that my hostel for the next several nights was a LONG distance away, a cab ride that starts at 900Ir, but ultimately ended up costing me twice that. In fact, the driver could not find this hotel, so I had him drop me at the very visible Mistry Complex. After asking the guard, he pointed me next door; too easy!
I entered, met with extremely friendly staff and was assigned to very nice en-suite room 101–upstairs! (My aged out GimpWalking body doesn’t like them!)
Anyway, I really appreciated the WiFi being available throughout the rooms as well as the lobby, and numerous eateries on the Main Street (Shriniwas Bagarta Road)—primary access to the Chakala-JB Nagar Mumbai Metro Station.
Indeed, whilst exploring the area, I found excellent eateries like the Grill Inn, Shiv Shakti Tea Store, Bon Bon grocery store, fresh coconut, Pharmacy Super Express (I still had a touch of “Delhi Belly”) and many others where I didn’t stop.
For those people who arrive/depart at the airport, access is very easy on the a Mumbai Metro. For this people (me) who arrive at the Mumbai Central Train Station after the very pleasant night train from Delhi, not so good.
BUT, once you understand the Mumbai transit network, it takes maybe 1-2 hours to get to India Gate/Colaba district, depending upon how crowded the subway/transit system is, which us all the time—I never saw it not crowded! It is an experience coping with these overall extremely helpful Mumbaiters, and most everybody should have the feeling of safety & security in very crowded circumstances—no pickpockets here (unlike the Paris Metro, Istanbul Metro, Moscow Underground)!
Anyway, if you want to visit only India Gate/Colaba district, do not stay here; if you want to experience the congested transit system and have superb staff, good overnights, stay here!

I booked this hotel for my sudden business trip to Mumbai. Although I paid the entire amount while booking through OYO app ,but they asked me to pay INR 1000 exta during Check in. That moment I didn't had any option because I was traveling to Mumbai for the first time and they took the advantage as outsider and I had to pay extra. Apart from this the rooms were not upto the mark and hygienic. I'll never recommend this Hotel to anyone. It's just ruining the name of OYO.
