This hotel is ideal for those who come on work based in BKC or have to ateend meeting around this location. The Indian cusine at Maya is worth a memtion and si is rhe service. Insipite of staying just for one night the staff was really helpful and warm. It's a decent sized hotel with value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The experience was great. Rooms were amazing with a lovely view of the poolside. Food at Botticino was really good – this restaurant is open for in-house guests and my dining experience was superb. They even have contact less menus and payment options. Staff was very polite and helpful and well updated on hygiene procedures. All arrangements for guests and staff for sterilization and hygiene were in place. Staff take extra care while interacting with guests. Rooms are stocked with sanitizers masks and gloves for guests’ use. Food is also served in-room with lots of attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Quality of food was amazing. Special mention of the Duty Manager, can’t remember his name but he was very helpful with information about the city and the precautions taken by the hotel.

My husband and I had the BEST stay at the Trident Hotel in Bandra Kurla. The stay was comfortable, very clean and hygienic, and overall amazing. We have never experienced such incredible customer service but every staff member was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us out... whether it was giving us masks to wear every day or printing out documents and giving us envelopes and more! They were even kind enough to let us check in early and check out late due to our weird flight timings. Needless to say, the hospitality was out of this world!
The food was also delicious - the breakfast a la carte had so many different options (western, North Indian, South Indian). The proximity to important places like consulates, embassies, and businesses is also great. They provided free transport in black cars and mini coopers around BKC, which was super convenient and easy.
They also took safety and hygiene very seriously during covid by providing masks, sanitizer, and wipes. They also cleaned and sanitized the room every day. They don’t allow guests to stay in the same room as someone who has just checked out for at least 48 hours.
This is hands down, by far the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I highly recommend staying at the Trident if you are in town, you won’t regret it. It’ll be hassle-free and stress-free!

Stayed for 5 days , booked 2 rooms. The check in and check out process was smooth. staff were very nice , always have a smile on their face making us feel welcome. Housekeeping staff were always checking what i need in my room. Spa and hair saloon also good. When you're inside the hotel , you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent buffet breakfast. Check-in was flawless and it was such an exciting and fun start to my stay at the hotel. Laundry. Thank you so much to the laundry team for the efficient service of pressing and laundry. Each garment was placed timeously and done with such care. Amenities were always plentiful and a lot of sincerity and dedication goes into making sure that the room is spotless. Always blown away by the delicious array of food items and beverages for breakfast. The chauffeur who brought us to the hotel had such good knowledge and we appreciated his kind nature. The hotel is a blessing in disguise more so during these times. Staff members are well trained about covid guidelines and safety. We stayed here in mid Feb and had a great stay. There was a slight blip at the start when we checked in and they tried to overcharge us and we had to show them evidence on our phones of the agreed rate, but all was nice after that. The facilities were lovely and the housekeeping staff very sweet - see attached photo of the towel ant that was made for us :) The hotel was a little further away from the main tourist areas than we would have liked given traffic etc (it's an awkward distance away from the train station so transport there is either obscenely expensive for the short trip or they refuse to take you). The breakfast buffet was nice (choc chip pancakes were awesome!) but when it was very busy we were relegated to the upstairs restaurant which had a smaller selection so that was a bit disappointing; staff were happy to bring us food from the lower floor restaurant but it meant we had to walk through there first to find out what was available before taking our seat upstairs and comparing the two.

The business centre at the Trident has great meeting and board rooms with well-equipped systems to work and printing facilities. The meetings and events staff id very helpful wonderful. The banquet food is wholesome and the chefs do a great job with innovative menus and personalisation. Breakfast included a good selection to choose from. Before our departure time, Trisha personally packed up a takeaway breakfast which was really convenient. How thoughtful is that! There wasn’t a single moment that we weren’t taken care of by the staff. The Trident takes hospitality to a whole other level that is far beyond the other 5 star hotels we have stayed at in India.

Yes Sandeep there are curtains , u just need to pull them down when u are using the washroom .
U should definitely book a stay there and see for yourself
