We stopped over at this place for lunch during our drive from Pasikudah to Colombo. It was well worth the decision of stopping by this hotel. The path to the hotel was a narrow countryside path which had brilliant views. Upon arrival at the hotel we were asked to park our car in a shaded area and we were given a ride by a golf buggy to the restaurant. Once again we went pass untouched nature. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and the food was high standard having said that the portions were a bit on the small side. We were not lucky enough to stay over night due to time constrain but if we had we could have herd/seen wild animals at night. If we happen to visit this area in the future Sri Lankan trips we will definitely spend a day or two at this hotel.

It was our third visit to this luxurious hotel with kind hospitality, excellent welcome , delicious food and wild life around the range . Spa was too excellent. Anyone who go there are not reluctant to revisit ! General Manager Mr Kingsley and Naturalists and manager Mr Chaminda are really into the business attracting guests from all around world . I stayed in a Paddy Dwelling for 2 nights. The environment, hospitality etc is fabulous. Well maintained facility and if you are a nature lover and looking for relaxing day outs, this destination is Highly recommended.

A top-notch experience. We stayed in one of the Forest Dwellings while we were there on our honeymoon. It offered great views, was roomy, and was clean. Both the food and the service were excellent. Nishanka, our butler, made sure everything was taken care of.

One of the best experiences. Was there for the honeymoon and we stayed in one of the Forest Dwellings. It was spacious, clean and had spectaculars views. Food was great and the service was exceptional. Our butler Thushara made sure everything was well taken care of. For nature lovers would like to recommend the Slender Loris trail and Bird watching tour around the village.

We went there on our honeymoon and it was such a great stay. The property offers spectacular views all throughout. We stayed in a marsh dwelling and it was spacious and well kept. The surrounding was tranquil and it feels like we're lost in a jungle, in a good way. Food was really good but could be improved. Our butler Saman was such a great host, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Overall an unforgettable experience

The Jetwing is well known as the best hotel chain in Sri Lanka so the expectations were high. However, what we found was an enormous treat. In Vil Uyana every room is espectacular. All of them are single cabins by a beautiful lake with a unique style that joins modernism with the traditionalism of that region. The main building that hosts the restaurant, common pool and reception is gorgeous. The huge pillars of the restaurant hall will delight every Instagram lover. However, the most impressive architectural part is the wall of the upper restaurant: an incredible carved mural that tells the ancient tradition of Sri Lanka. A piece of art! But what stands out in this hotel is it’s integration to nature. There you can wander around enjoying the variety of trees an wild animals such as Elephants, land monitors and crocodile. Besides, it is one of the only places where you can see Lories in wild life. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Sigiriya Rock, one of the most visited landmarks of this beautiful country. From an European point of view, the price was half what it would have costed in my country, but the warm and exquisite service is not payed. I will do my best to come back to this hotel!…

Highly recommend. We stayed in the Paddy Field bungalow and it was stunning. Clean, comfortable and peaceful setting. The food was out of this world and the service was first class. Will certainly be back.

With your own villa in a perfect spot, this is a lovely place to stay not far from the sites of Sigirya, Anhuradapura and Polonarruwa. Great service and the food was pretty good too. Highly recommended
