Great hotel, modern design. The room is spacious, extremely clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a mini bar in the room and a very interesting toilet with a shower. Bed sheets and towels are changed every day. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is also nice and clean. If you are a hotel guest, breakfast is free, and for lunch and dinner you have a 20% discount. After 8pm you need covid passes. The food is extraordinary! I recommend salmon in citrus marinade with grilled vegetables and white wine Radovanović. The spa is free for hotel guests and for the massage you need an appointment.

The hotel is just amazing, with great rooms, restaurants and spa… Ala cart restaurant has long variations of foods, which are all delicious. The only complaint I have, is when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked to make a payment right away. This request just seemed a little bit odd to me, but after I told him I am returning guest, he allowed me to make a payment at the end of my stay.

Exceptional hotel that offered amazing experience with its luxurious and very spacious rooms, equipped with all you may need during the stay. Conveniently lokated at the very cener of the town.
The staff are really pleasant and always at hand when you need them. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The restaurant is rated as one of the best in the town and it fully deserves the rating.
The SPA is not very big, but it is very clean. The water in the pool however is not thermal as it is the case with most of the hotels in Vrnjacka Banja. It has a nice pool, sauna and salty room, the use of which is included in the price.
A nice gesture by the staff was that they surprised us with a small cake, on the house, as we were celebrating the birthdays of two of our friends.
We would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel to everyone wishing to visit Vrnjacka Banja.

Nice and ellegant restaurant, with extraordinary toilet. Icecream was delicious, original mix of tastes, and cheesecake was wonderful, as chocolate cake. Pasta looks excellent, haven't tried it, but intend to do so. Waiter was nice and discreet. All classy.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. The only disappointment at breakfast was the coffee as it seemed to be instant coffee and not hot enough. My son enjoyed the exercise room that was recently added. My family loves their spa area, pool, sauna, and salt room! Beautifully designed and relaxing environment. Awesome location

The location is great, right in the centre of Vrnjačka Banja and within easy reach of most destinations. The rooms (and beds) are extremely large and comfortable, and are both clean and new. The staff is lovely, and very friendly and helpful. And there's a great ice cream shop right next door :)
But other aspects didn't exactly blow me away. The decor is cheap and glitzy, and not really very appealing. The central location means that it can be quite noisy at night if you keep the windows open. Which seems to be necessary, as the in-room air conditioning doesn't see, to function. However much I set the temperature low, there was no effect. The restaurant food (buffet) is pretty awful, the same every day and nothing to write home about - and no signs to tell you what the food is in each hotplate...! Odd pictures on the dining room wall of bloodthirsty Serb-Turkish horseback battles and obscure Serbian poets and authors. We were having a conference, and the meeting room was awful - small, no windows or ventilation, and unbearably hot.
So ... some very nice and good aspects, and some which definitely need to be improved. A mixed review!
