This hotel has changed my experience of spa cities in Serbia for the better! We got a great room on the first floor and the conference room was also fitting for work. The staff - excellent! One employee took my suitcase (thank God!) and the girls at the reception held my dinner since I arrived after 8 p.m. The guys serving coffee and cakes were true professionals (a real credit to the vocational school in Banja!) - well-trained, professional behavior, adapting to the guests' needs. My colleagues were very satisfied with the spa and the pools. The only negative points go to the gym: Almost two thirds of the equipment (except for the weights) are broken or malfunctioning. The only one working properly was the treadmill. The cycling machines could not be adjusted and there was no one working there to fix things or help you with the machines. However, it was a really good experience! I can't wait to go back!

We had a 3 day visit with out 4-year-old son and it amazing stay. Hotel is located in the centre of Vrnjacka banja right next to the pedestrian area and main street. The hotel staff is great and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and food was really tasty and various. There was a kids playroom where you could leave your child and animators where great with kids, pool area was also very nice with different pools and spa area.

The hotel is great! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Wellness-ideal place to rest and relax, so many amenities and great treatments! The food is above all expectations, huge choice of local and international cuisine specialities! There are professional animators at the children playroom, the kids enjoyed every workshop and had such a great time. They even learned how to make pizzas there! The stuff are so polite and nice, make you feel so comfortable. Definitely our hotel number one!

When booking, we asked for a room with a view. We got a room that was looking at the roof of the hotel and had a bathroom the size of a toilet. You could litteraly only walk in to sit on the toilet, and enter the shower squeezing between the wall and the sink(and im not so Big). The description said the room was 25m2 but my guess is it was no larger than 15m2(with the bathroom). We complained, really hard, and luckily got a room with a bigger bathroom, that was looking at a construction. I was not satisfied with food either, nor with the fact that when you go to the SPA you had to walk by the reception and the lobby bar in your bathrobe. The swimming pool is small. All in all, i wouldnt recommend this hotel. For that money, there Is a lot of better options.

For the weekend that my wife and I booked a city escape retreat in this hotel, their swimming pool and spa were closed for technical reasons. The moment I realised this was when, after making reservation via Booking.com, I went to the hotel's website to book spa treatment and there I saw the notice. Going back to Booking.com to check if the notice was there, I realised that it was but actually in a form of fine print. When I complained to the hotel, I was assured that I can use swimming pool and spa in nearby hotels, which we actually did but at Tonanti Hotel we were charged 10,000 RSD (85 EUR) for day use of the pool.
Back at our hotel room in the evening, we tried to use Jacuzzi and were unable to. Firstly, the Jacuzzi was full of dust but that's ok, we washed it instead of the housekeeping. But then you still can't use it because it won't fill with water anymore after it barely covers the nozzles but that's not the water level that is sufficient to use it.
In summary, you pay 470 EUR for a room in a spa hotel for the weekend - that's the amount of money a lot of people pay to rent their apartment for a month in this country. But for your money you get neither spa, nor swimming pool (you have to pay extra for using the pool in a nearby hotel), nor you can use Jacuzzi in your room.
So, what good is this hotel for? Why would anybody want to drive 3 hours from Belgrade and 3 hours back and leave your money there?! Such a waste of money and time!

Excellent service and amenities. We stayed with 3 kids and booked one of the apartments. The wellness and the swimming pool area were clean and well taken care off. The receptionists were always ready to help and organize any needed transportation. A visit to the nearby zoo was free for the hotel guests. We would certainly come again.

We booked 4 nights for new year, from 29.12 to 02.01. The stay was disgusting, nothing good to say! If you plan New Year’s Eve here- DON’T! The first problem was that the breakfast and dinner hours were too limited and there wasn't that much choice in food. Second, the band that played on 30,31 and 01 was the most boring. The same repertoire and do not at all predispose the guests to a festive mood and fun. Thirdly, we were seated at our table by complete strangers to us, which is extremely uncomfortable. Next, we wanted to move us to the hall with the performances, for which, by the way, we had paid and they played us all day and in the end they did nothing. Taksi, but not last is that this hall, in which we were accommodated for the holidays, we were mostly Bulgarians, and compared to our time, they are an hour behind and so they welcomed the new year at 11 pm, not at 00, as it is supposed to be?! Nobody expected anything and we couldn't even understand that we were welcoming the new year, and at 00:00 they did nothing! And, lastly in our price we had a "celebration" dinner, which was actually a buffet. The restaurant is also cold! The staff and service are not even worth commenting on. One star is even a lot for what we experienced!!!

Really really great hotel, a way better than I expected. First of all, all staff was very professional, super nice and kind, ready to help you with everything. Then, hotel is very clean, room and bathroom also. Free parking with security, in city centar just few step away from Bridge of love :) Spa also better than expected. There are 3 big sauna room, also salty room and turkish hammam. Beside that, there is one medium size pool, one small pool with massage program, and hot tub. All recomendations really

Best stay I ever had in a while. The staff was pleasant, kind and helpful. They are pet friendly so I’ve brought my dog with me. Wellness & Spa was out of this world, like a real heaven on earth, food was exquisite and everything was squeaky clean.
