Modern, new and stylish hotel. Location is very easy to find with GPS. It has its own free parking for guests.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Clean and comfy rooms with cozy beds and great bathroom with all needed stuff and there is also a safe in the room.
Good breakfast and cozy, comfortable lounge for coffee. SPA area to chill and have some massage which should be reserved one day ahead.
Across the road there is a shopping center and also nearby are pharmacy, food stores and several restaurants.

The hotel is new and has great services! I would like to remind here about Anghelica (receptionist) that helped us get fresh DELICIOUS food at 23:00 time when we arrived with 2 starving kids. Their restaurant provides one of the best food I have ever ate (and we travel A LOT). Cheap & Delicious. Their breakfast has many options and the Family Room was very big. I would say it’s a Boutique Hotel with perfect services and I would definetely give them 5 stars. The price we paid was small compared to other 4* hotels near Cacak.

Aveny is a new hotel situated in Cacak,Serbia, very convenient if you want to go to Montenegro.
The room is very clean with very comfortable and large beds and a small but super nice bathroom.
They have a Spa but is really a room with a bed for massage and a little sauna and jacuzzi in the same area. Appointment is needed for Spa but It does not worth the price,around 20 eur.
The area is a new one and there is a shopping place just across the street.
The restaurants are nearby and very good and the prices are more than reasonable( 3 persons dinner with drinks, around 18 eur).
Breakfast was very good in a very spacious and nice area in the hotel.
Good quality for affordable prices.

This hotel is really a pampering modern boutique hotel. It's new and stylish. As such it simply has all the modern comfort: equipment, furniture, bed, flouring, bathroom and so on.
Breakfast is a typical Serbian hotel breakfast, with a wider selection of fresh vegetables. not wow, but you will not remain hungry.
A very cozy, beautiful and comfortable lounge, for coffee, reading and sitting.
Located 25 minutes' walk from city center. With a car it's not a problem. Also buses are quite frequent. The hotel is right in front a shopping center, opens till 10:00 P.M. Also nearby are pharmacy, food stores, and several restaurants. One of them is highly recommended, the one in Castello Boutique Hotel.
Service in the Aveny is perfect, receptionists and dining room persons are very helpful, kind, and friendly.

Exceptionally clean room, staff proffessional, helpfull and welcoming. Cozy beds, great bathroom with all needed stuff. All windows have protection from mosquitos, so youcan open window if you need fresh air.

Very clean and well maintained hotel ... which is rare in Serbia! Excellent bedding. Very far from downtown. Internal parking for guests. Excellent and hearty breakfast. Perfect for a few business days.

After a 2 hour drive from Belgrave, we arrived in Cacak, a smallish town with many good family run businesses. We checked in at Hotel Aveny. Check in was quick but as usual requiring that we give them our passports.
The room was very clean with enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. The small ref was full of goodies in case it is required.
Breakfast was very good with different types of Serbian breads plus the typical cooked eggs, and meats. Choice of beverages and various fruits complete the breakfast buffet table.

In a good location with own safe garage this hotel is a good choice. What makes it great are the modern, trendy rooms with big bathroom and comfortable bed.
I liked the breakfast too.
Kind and helpful staff.
The relation between price for a night and the value we get here is excellent.
I will return to this jewel of Cacak.

This hotel is a perfect one-night stay when travelling through Serbia. It has its own free parking for guests, has very tidy and clean rooms, good breakfast, cafe with local beer and some snacks. Just across the road is a big shopping center (STOP Shop Cacak), perfectly suitable to buy supplies for an upcoming (road) trip. The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. Despite the fact that hotel is relatively new (built in 2015) it is really cheap (our stay for two cost ¬34EUR with breakfast included).

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast could be better as there were only some limited options, but it does the job. Not in the center but a good location nonetheless.
