Although we live in the Mediterranean area, our stay at the hotel brought out the most out of the usual Mediterranean style with tastefully chosen details and cozy atmosphere.
The hotel staff was warm and welcoming - it almost felt like visiting relatives as everyone was very approachable and quick to help out if needed. Our room was pristine clean, offering everything you may need and more... surrounded by a comfortable interior and a magical view behind the curtains, we just couldn't help but feel like in a dream state. Just around the time when the sun sets, you can visit the hotel café with amazing! live music and a relaxed but fun mood - offering the best atmosphere you can find in Hvar.
A warm recommendation for all those who are looking for a place to relax and feel at home at the same time :)

The hotel has everything a person needs and most importantly with a family feel to it. Everything is just as it should be. Personnel will please all of your demands. Buffet breakfast is superb, on a fabulous location full of plants and flowers, and keeps you full until late afternoon. The view from rooms is breathtaking. If you want, you can also have dinner a la carte in summertime at their restaurant.

What a pleasant surprise! We stayed for two nights and this was the perfect place. The location is 10/10, the room was big and extremely clean. It’s slightly outdated but everything is in such excellent shape, it does not matter one bit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with Laundry and the price was fair (about $2-4 USD an item). Breakfast was wonderful and in a gorgeous outdoor terrace setting.

Recommend 100%, best location, value, clean and friendly.

We stayed in Park hotel for 3 nights, our room offered us the best view of city of Hvar. Even though the hotel is at the city centre, our windows muted music from the bar perfectly. Our room was squeaky clean so cleanliness is 10/10. Breakfast buffet had various healthy and vegan options which made us very happy since my boyfriend and I are vegans. Our check-in was very late (11 p.m.) but the staff was very helpful even though the reception isn't working at the evening. This was one of the best stays and we would recommend it to everyone who wants the full experience of Hvar!

This was our 3rd stop on our 2 week road trip , we like to stay in small boutique hotels and this fitted the remit perfectly. Our suite was beautifully furnished with a great view overlooking the main square . I’ve got to admit when I booked it said parking ( I missed the small print that this wasn’t on site and was at extra cost ) and it did concern me but on our arrival we got a space no trouble and the car park was simple to use and the hotel did send someone to meet and assist us to the hotel which was 5 minutes walk . We were glad we booked as the location was perfect ( at the end of April Hvar wasn’t too busy but had plenty of restaurants, bars cafes open - and our room didn’t suffer from noise ( we are light sleepers ) the only negative was at certain times our suite had cooking smells infiltrating it - we couldn’t work out where from but being central there is a restaurant you have to walk past to enter the hotel and there are bars etc below our window . Breakfast was inside for the 1st day but the following 2 it was outside in the lovely floral area . I can’t say the breakfast was the best - fruit a bit limited and the eggs didn’t look freshly cooked on day 1 and 3 but not a dealbreaker but could be better , still we would recommend basically for the lovely suite and location . I don’t know whether the bar at the bottom of the stairs to the sq belongs to the hotel but we really liked it especially the brilliant live singer

We loved this hotel! First of all, this is a perfect location for easy access to the port, St. Stephens square and restaurants. It is a short walk to beaches at Bonj and Hula Hula, and straight down a set of stairs to the fort.

Our room was a comfortable size, with the bedroom separated from the sitting area and plenty of closet space. The air conditioner also worked really well – which is pretty important during the high season!

Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with standard European continental options plus made to order items. It doesn’t hurt that the dining area is adorable too! The Central Park Club downstairs is also a great place to stop in for a drink and to hear live music.

Their staff was friendly – and bless that porter who kept making trips up and down the flight of stairs to the hotel with heavy bags!

I love this kind of small hotel where the service is so attentive and personal, the and you feel as if you are staying in a real proper Croatian home instead of a massive chain hotel without personality. On the plus side: its located very close to the water, the staff could not be more lovely, and the view is fab, the breakfast at the restaurant delicious. On the small negative: there is no lift, and at times we could hear the people below us. All around amazing place and wish I was here now.

We stayed 3 nights in one of the stand-alone houses associated with this hotel. The house itself was a minute or twos walk from the main hotel which is where checkin and breakfast were located.

Location-wise, the hotel/house is up around 40 steps from the main harbour so be prepared to carry yourself and your belongings up and down regularly!

Our house was small, but had two comfortable beds, a small living area with a sofa and dining table, along with some basic kitchen equipment including a big fridge. We didn't self-cater, but the fridge came in very handy for keeping drinks and snacks cool! The showers were both good, although would have benefited from overhead fittings rather than hand-held attachments.

Breakfast each morning was a simple buffet with all the basics you might expect (except orange/apple juice which was strangely absent), but otherwise good for setting you up each morning for the day - the view over the harbour area from the seating is great.

All the staff we encountered were friendly hand helpful and we would happily recommend this hotel for a stay on Hvar.

Very nice, big room with separate living area, beautiful view of the City Hvar. There is a 10% discount in restaurant park and club park. Owner’s son was very nice to us and helped us get around the city by giving us great advices.

Hi, yes, there are rooms with double bed and a single bed where nobody should sleep on the sofa. I also think that all of the rooms have sea view, but you can ask details at there official e-mail address.

Dear Lillian, We do not offer pool in our hotel. If you consider sea swimming - yes, there are many in a few minute walking distance. Otherwise, if you are looking exactly for pool swimming - there are also few options in a walking distance range. Kind regards

There are probably about 25 steps up to the entrance of the hotel from the main square. Suggest you ask the hotel about the beds.

When we stayed here, it was only my wife and myself but our rooms were very spacious. They may very well have a suite or something similar. Great place to say.

Is the hotel close to the beach?
Answer from Alfred R

It is about 200 meters from the water, although the beach is further down the coastline. The view of the harbor from the rooms is beautiful. The walk to the beach is a pleasant one.
