A 15 - 20 minute drive from the airport by Uber, we dropped bags off , checked in but suite not available until 2pm. Few staff spoke English, but we got by.
I’d requested a high floor room and got the top floor (17th) Suite which was spotlessly clean. Large lounge/diner with tv, air con and balcony. Big bedroom with TV and air con. A small space with fridge, microwave, kettle and sink unit. Plenty of bottled water in the fridge which we drank daily but we’re charged for when we checked out. There was no indication that it was chargeable!
We stayed here 3 nights, the breakfasts were good with plenty of choices. Very good value for money.
The pool was on the floor above us, it was pleasant to swim late afternoon. A few sun beds are available. The views were very good, particularly at night.
The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and about 15 minutes to Manauara shopping Mall, which is worth a visit.

All rooms are one-bedroom apartments – much larger than the rooms of the competitive hotels. If possible, ask for a high floor room on the side with the view to the Rio Negro bridge.
The front desk person spoke good English, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
There is a supermarket and a drugstore across the street. Several good restaurants and a big mall are in a few minutes walking distance.

This hotel was way below expectations. Service was sub par. Breakfast was poor. The halls in the hotel were dirty. The pool was in really bad shape and it needs fixing. I had to go to a dark room on the ground floor to iron my clothes because the hotel does not have irons for the rooms. Last but not least I had to call every day for them to come clean up my room. in the bathroom were in really bad shape. I cannot understand how this hotel got rating above eight. I do not recommend this property.

The air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water, elevators were broken all the time! Deplorable services! Of course it's cheap, the guys don't spend anything on maintenance. Let the guest leave. Everything is a bit dirty. The hot water valve in the shower went down when I went to turn it on. Dumb elevators. Run away!

The hotel itself is very nice in general. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, fitness, swimming pool. However, I had an issue that ruined my 2 months stay: on Friday 20th of March I got a wallet with quite some money + credit card + other items stolen from inside of the safe inside of my room. The theft took place between 9 am and 7 pm while I was out for business. I went to the police, got a report, presented to the hotel and got promised a review of the security cameras and a swift response from the manager. After more than 3 weeks and several conversations with the manager (in person and via email) I haven't get a single official apology or explanation or information about the investigation (if any) on the theft. Even the lawyer from my company called the manager and got promised a prompt response, but nothing. The manager claims that he needs the position of the lawyers and the director before providing me a single explanation and apology, I have also presented a formal complaint form to the hotel. I believe this is a too important issue to just put it off as they did. They should show more respect for the clients when something like this happens.

Dear guest first of all thank you for all the praise to our hotel. It was a great satisfaction for all our staff receive you here. I would just point out that, just as we promised to you, we made all possible investigations - and this take some time - but we not identified the irregularities pointed out by you. We respect your opinion and we safeguard all the belongings of our guests, so that we do not have any historical instances of this type. How we talked with you in person and by email all attention was given to the case. Our security procedures are still being followed to the letter and all our staff are trained and able to better serve our guests. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Stayed here two nights either side of jungle trip. First room was ok but certainly not as modern as pictures have you believe. Very close to Manaura Shoppibg which is a very big plaza with some good food options. Be aware that they don’t supply free water in the rooms, but it’s not to expensive either to take it from the mini bar. Reception staff were all quite nice with good English skills. Stored our luggage whilst in the jungle for two nights which was helpful. The second stay here started badly with us being assigned a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, they even had Valentine’s Day ‘objects’ in the bedroom. We were moved to another room quickly enough which was a little nicer than our first stay there.
Breakfast quite nice, good variety that changed from day to day with a lot of fruits cakes & cereals, but no fresh salad items like tomato, cucumber, lettuce, which makes it hard for someone who watches their sugar intake. No bacon either?
Omelette & tapioca made to order which was as very nice.
Pool very quiet on top floor, small but no one there anyway.
Well equipped gym opens at 6am.
Would prob stay again but it’s not luxury.

Booked this place as an alternative to the very pricey Amazon lodges, we took excursions from here and had no problem getting picked up and dropped back. The hotel itself is apartment style, ours was a big apartment very spacious with a good view. The only downside the fridge did not work but as we were only there for a few days it was not a huge problem. The hotel reception was good, and breakfast was also good. The area surrounding the hotel was safe and we walked for a few blocks with no threat of danger, there is a great shopping centre a 5 minute walk away which has a great range of stores plus local restaurant and shops nearby. Quite a way from the downtown area but nothing a cheap Uber ride can't fix. All in all a great place to stay for the price and would go back again.

Our choice of the Adrianópolis was the luck of the draw and we were not wrong. Arrived from Miami at midnight and checked in closer to 1 Am. Expected, room ready and into bed quickly. My room was great - small kitchenette with all you needed, fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle etc. on 11th floor, balcony with view. Ac units which worked and cooled silently. Not a many towels and there was some turning of knobs to find hot water in the shower..
Breakfast started early. A full breakfast - even chocolate cake and a tapioca or egg omelette and other Brazilian specialties, various juices and breads. I was in heaven. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and both lunch and dinner were Brazilian oriented and very tasty. I was at home for two weeks.
The only drawback for me was that the hotel is on a long steady hill and at the bottom is the nearest 7-11 convenience store and making your way up a cobbled and inclined pavement, tilted to the road was for a 77 year old a major struggle.
Would I stay there again, I think so. The only deterrent being the hill and my age.

very nice hotel. A living room, with a veranda, a small kitchen (with a cooktop, a microwave, a small fridge and cupboards), a small corridor to the bedroom and a bathroom.
Very comfortable bed, two TVS (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom).
Nice breakfast as well as a very good neighbourhood. Short walk to the Manauara Shopping Centre.
Very clean.
Pool on the rooftop.
They were undergoing problems with the room keys but they were so incredibly nice that that didn't matter.
