We arrived at this hotel after having had an especially rough past 24 hours and just needed a room to clean up and recharge for the day before flying home. This place was a breath of fresh air and really turned our mood around right away. The two young women at the front desk were incredibly kind and were able to offer us a room just for the day at a good price, as well as some waters and local candies. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially after hearing about the day we’d had. Everyone spoke English fairly well (rare from out experience in Manaus and very appreciated!). The lobby is really nice and has drinks, snacks, and even some games, which gave us a good place to hang out for the day. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. Other staff were also helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at a very late hour. Overall a great hotel and highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near the airport. Thank you for a great stay!

This was the second time my wife and myself stayed for a short night on a layover for a Fortaleza flight. The hotel is close to the airport, but not walking distance. An official taxi will get you there for 20 Reais.

The hotel is relatively new, clean and well kept.

Rooms are extremely small, specially if you come with dufflebbags and kitegear. But the pricetag is accordingly small.

Very good price-value!

Only thing to improve, and being an Accor hotel: faster and more efficient check-in!

Taxi ride from the airport was $25 Brazilian dollars, only about a 7 minute drive. Room was clean and comfortable and as a single woman I felt safe. Taxi to downtown Manaus about $65 Brazil dollars. I am sure Uber would be much cheaper. Breakfast was a tasty buffet, would stay there again in same circumstance.reasonably priced.

This is a sub-par IBIS property. We planned to stay for a night prior to our return flight, but left early.
Let me start with the positive aspects, it's close to the airport, an about 5 min taxi-ride (you can't walk, despite the close proximity).
Everything else is pretty much unacceptable. There's no English speaking staff in what is supposed to be an airport hotel in a 2 million people metropolis. It was impossible to communicate to staff that our room door didn't actually lock after we closed it shut. We had a two single beds room, the beds were camping ground style, rickety and shaky. There's no coffeemaker in the room or water bottles. They actually dare to charge you for the use of a water fountain in the lobby. For a can of water they charge you roughly 4$ (!). Talking captive audience. Mind blowing prices for a low-rent IBIS property.
Service is lackluster all over. You wait forever in the overpriced restaurant to place your order. In all fairness, the food isn't bad, but there's no relation between the price and what you get.
We wanted to catch up for a drink with an old local friend in our room, which was prevented by the non-English speaking reception staff. Apparently three people can't be in a 2 people room. Our friend didn't mean to sneak in to sleep there. Not sure whether homophobia drove this.
Stay clear of this property.

Ibis hotels are always clean and convenient. This one is no exception. It is a 5 min Uber ride from the airport, so ideal for the large number of 3am flights they seem to like in Manaus. Particular features of this Ibis hotel include a nice little bar, decent food and nice welcoming social area. Also, lovely hot showers. They have English speaking staff, which isn’t always a given in the area. Highly recommended for a stress free experience if you have a late or early flight.

We were using this to stay overnight after a late night flight to Manaus to catch our amazon tour the next day. Hotel was clean and done exactly what we needed it for. Wouldn't have stayed here or would recommend to stay here for any longer time than a night.

Where to start on this miserable experience. Check in was interminable at 2am, what with scanning passports, not finding reservation, requiring email and telephone number etc. The room smelt of damp, the 3cm mattress on top of a mattress was damp, the room set to cold prior to our arrival and with only a sheet provided and no blanket we shivered through the night. The room itself was decorated and reminded me of an Eastern European room in a Russian built apartment complex. Charmless and depressing. Save yourself and find another airport hotel.

Another one star hotel in Brazil that shows up as 3 star in Expedia reviews. Tiny rooms and even smaller bathrooms. Poorly appointed, not being renovated for decades and yet consistently scoring reviews higher than 8. There must be something that I am not able to see. Hotels of this type and condition would not rate above 5.5 but Trip Advisor/ Expedia either by design or default continue to misguide the travelers. Please develop another algorithm or review mechanism to rate these hotels that is more realistic and more representative of the conditions of these hotels in Brazil.

Perfect hotel for late arrival or early departure. Topical Ibis-style rooms, spotlessly clean with a good shower.
Breakfast is not included but is worth the extra money. There's a mini-breakfast available before 5AM. Friendly staff and very efficient, even in English.

Great staff, friendly, clean, no problems. We had 3 people to a room and 3 people plus a baby in 1 room for a week. It was tight on space with luggage. No free bottled water provided but otherwise completely as expected. Great experience and would go again.

Check the restaurant hours as they open at 7pm for dinner (late for Americans) but good, clean food.

Plant to go again.
