The hotel is relatively new, clean and well kept.
Rooms are extremely small, specially if you come with dufflebbags and kitegear. But the pricetag is accordingly small.
Very good price-value!
Only thing to improve, and being an Accor hotel: faster and more efficient check-in!
Let me start with the positive aspects, it's close to the airport, an about 5 min taxi-ride (you can't walk, despite the close proximity).
Everything else is pretty much unacceptable. There's no English speaking staff in what is supposed to be an airport hotel in a 2 million people metropolis. It was impossible to communicate to staff that our room door didn't actually lock after we closed it shut. We had a two single beds room, the beds were camping ground style, rickety and shaky. There's no coffeemaker in the room or water bottles. They actually dare to charge you for the use of a water fountain in the lobby. For a can of water they charge you roughly 4$ (!). Talking captive audience. Mind blowing prices for a low-rent IBIS property.
Service is lackluster all over. You wait forever in the overpriced restaurant to place your order. In all fairness, the food isn't bad, but there's no relation between the price and what you get.
We wanted to catch up for a drink with an old local friend in our room, which was prevented by the non-English speaking reception staff. Apparently three people can't be in a 2 people room. Our friend didn't mean to sneak in to sleep there. Not sure whether homophobia drove this.
Stay clear of this property.
Breakfast is not included but is worth the extra money. There's a mini-breakfast available before 5AM. Friendly staff and very efficient, even in English.
Check the restaurant hours as they open at 7pm for dinner (late for Americans) but good, clean food.
Plant to go again.
