We came back after 7 years and the place is still awesome! Ivan and Graziella are great hosts, properly taking care of the place and their guests. They were even available to improve the "customer experience". Still highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property if only the owners were the same. Check-in was met with a bit of irritation as I interrupted their lunch. When finding out my Portuguese skills are pretty basic this Italian couple determined no communication was best and over 4 nights not once did they ask how I was or even say hello. Quite a feat for only having 8 rooms. Ivan was very put out when the wifi in the area of my room didn't work and said I could use the wifi by the pool. I explained I needed it in my room and this was unacceptable. After a bit of muttering, he called to have it fixed. The staff were nice but also seemed a bit on edge. They appear to try and cut corners - someone came in my room and turned off the a/c when I made a trip to the store, sheets, towels, or toiletries were never replaced over 4 nights. I was never told about services and didn't find out about the beach chairs until day 3. Could be paradise with owners that are interested.

This is just paradise! Ivan and Graziella are always there to give you a pleasant vacation. The garden with the pool is beautiful, overlooking the beach. The breakfast is great. Beautiful room. Shower could be a little bit better and for us it would be nice if there was a lunch/dinner possibility. A couple of meters to the left on the beach is a perfect place to have lunch! The hotel deserves a better entree road. And maybe its an idea to learn just a little bit English. It diddn't botter us though, we enjoyed our conversations ;)

The room was fantastic, the external area is extremely well kept, the pool is perfect, as was breakfast. We longed about in hammocks, read, swam and restored our batteries (figurative sense). Everyone was so kind and freindly.

The guesthouse Duna Paraiso is completely different from any standard hostel. To get the bungalows are different and charming, with a particular decor throughout. Set around a beautiful pool. The service is a special chapter, all very helpful, friendly and warm staff, makes you feel at home. Breakfast very well served, with so many delicious dishes, juices and fruits. The Beach Garça Torta is very quiet and little busy. There are few dining options next the hostel, but it is worth trying the pasta made by Graziela (landlady). Courtesy, good service, tranquility are the memories we carry this Inn.
