You can expect to be well taken care of at this medium-priced hotel in Maceió’s best neighborhood, Ponta Verde. As part of the Brisa Hotel Group, the Hotel Costamar maintains the high standards and understated good service of other hotels managed by the group. If you stay here more than once, you will notice the competent receptionists will remember you by name, something which is common in 5 star hotels. Special mention to Tamires at the reception and Mr. Neto, the General Manager. The hotel is super-well located, in the best part of Ponta Verde. The fact that it is one street behind the beachfront means your rate will be very reasonable and yet you will still be close to the beach. The rooms are ok, the bed mattresses and bathroom could get a facelift. Breakfast is honest and most importantly, WIFI works well. Overall a great place to stay in Maceió if your priorities are value, comfort and location. …
i paid 150 reals and i think it was a good value, but it doesn't worth more... it's just a very impersonal hotel, clean, good sleeping, fridge and ac, nothing fancy, very practical. breakfast is good.
We had a very nice time here, in a clean and comfartable hotel wirh very friendly and helping staff. The hotel is very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean and we got a very good service all the time.
The hotel is a simple and nice place to stay. Very close to the beach. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. the hotel offers a simple but nice breakfast. the air condition was very noisy in my room. I did not complain so I can't tell... I asked to change room because of street noise and my room was immediately changed to a back side.
The staff were very good even a couple spoke english, helpful and ready to assist.Rooms very what you expect and we were lucky to have a room (308) which offered a view of the beach. Breakfast was ample but not a wide range to select from, but ample for our needs. The facility in general was in excellent condition, but being fussy I did report on leaving the small mould on tiles in bathroom and a couple of minor paint jobs that would have finished the room off to perfection.Maybe larger and better quality sheets would assist a fidget like myself as well as thicker and larger bath towels, I am being picky but on the other side of things beach towels were available as was Wi Fi which like breakfast was gratis. Not related to the hotel but worth mentioning was the polluted section of beach at Pajucara seems everything that hits the streets ends up in the ocean, short stroll to Ponte Verde gets you to a cleaner section.…
