We will be back soon to enjoy the friendly staff and great atmosphere of Snowpine Lodge. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Alta.
We stayed in Elm 2 which is marketed and described as an ADA Slope Side King with Balcony room. The room, however, is not at all in compliance with ADA accessibility standards. Notably the shower and toilet did not have any of the required grab bars. The shower also did not have an adjustable height shower wand with at least a 60" long hose provided for persons who must shower from a seated position. It is misleading at best to describe the room as an "ADA" room. I brought this issue to the attention of the Manager who told me that none of the ADA rooms had grab bars.
Enjoyed my stay and the amenities, everything was clean, staff was responsive. They got me in last minute for a stay with my daughter. She loved the playroom and ball pit, it made our stay so much better. The food at Swens was delicious and the view from the hot tub beautiful.
I highly recommend the Snowpine inn. We went for a last minute weekend staycation to end our ski season. Service, rooms, amenities, dining, game room, everything was great. We will definitely be back.
My husband and I spurlged and stayed at the Snowpine for a weekend. We were so excited about a nice weekend away at a luxury resort. What a huge disappointment. The bellhop damaged the sidewall of my skis when putting them into the locker. The next morning I noticed the damage immediately as they were brand new skis. It's very clear the damage was done while placing the skis in the locker. The sidewall is destroyed and there's a clear line where the shelving made an indent on my ski. The front desk said a GM would follow up with me. No one ever did. We finally called three days later. The GMs customer service was HORRIBLE. And he refused to pay for the damages the lodge did to my skis. Its important to both me and my husband to support the Alta community and be able to refer other people to the Snowpine. I can’t tell people I had a good experience. I hope you guys can make this right. Snowpine, I am asking you to pay to replace the skis you damaged.…
