I stayed here this past weekend with a small group of friends. While the rooms are a nice size and sleekly decorated, the details are just a tad off. Attention to detail missing includes badly trimmed wallpaper and paint drops on floor. Nice sized refrigerator with a freezer i

Thank you so much for your feedback. We pride ourselves in our service. We will be sure to pass on the kudos to Aly, Lyndsy and Shawn as they are truly assets to our team .We understand Downtown Austin houses many of the homeless, and that a shelter is a couple of blocks away from our property. The safety of our guests and associates is our top priority and we want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible. We are glad you enjoy your stay and hope to host you again soon.

I stayed here during a business trip in Nov on 2018. The price was good, lower than most nearby hotels. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. I also appreciated the rooms having a mini-fridge.

The minuses: I could hear the music concerts

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our location is central to Austin's top attractions, such as the middle of the Entertainment District of downtown- a gift and a curse. When there is live music at any of the surrounding venues often times it can be heard in the room. Our pool facing rooms do face away from the venues and are much quieter, plus for those light sleepers; we offer ear plugs for those that prefer them. We are sorry we fell below your expectation regarding your last stay. We hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future.

I'm staying there for a concert soon. Would it be acceptable to have 5 people in a room? or would i need 2? we more than one can sleep in the same bed.
I think my room only had one king sized bed. I suppose if you had a room with two full sized beds and one person didn't mind sleeping in a chair, you could accommodate five people.
