Carpet was soaked in front of A/C unit and it was not the first time as evidenced by the musty smell in the room. Not a good value for $109.00. This is the first bad experience with Hampton Inn. I'm not writing off the whole chain because of this one.

We had stayed at this Hampton Inn on a previous occasion. We had let them know we would be arriving after 6PM. We were greeted pleasantly by the staff person. The room was comfortable and the amenities were good. We used the mini fridge to keep some soft drinks cold as we were traveling to the midwest. The breakfast in the morning was good, with a decent selection of items. We would stay here again.

Had to wait 10 minutes to sign in (nobody at desk). I was billed $10 more on my final bill on my credit card than my final receipt and correct bill was. Hotel is awkward to access from highway. Close to Walmart.

Tried to check in on a reserved room, and was told that the room was not ready, and when it was ready that the a/c was leaking, the next room offered had animal fur and urine, the last room offered we had to wait for cleaning, but it only looked as if the beds were made. We waited 2 hours for a room, and we were told it would be free, then came home to see that a charge was pending on our account for two times the amount of the room rate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, service was terrible, the rooms are dirty, and the price usually runs for 115 a night, wow.

Bathroom was dirty and unkept. Three adults and only two towel sets in the room but we were charged for the three adults. Linens were not replenished as bath mat was taken and a new one was not put out. Dirty wet towels were left hanging in the shower faucet from previous guests. No vacuuming, mopping, or sweeping during our stay. Dirty table and night stands. Room did not look clean after the previous guest. At check,-out, asked for a zero balance invoice reflecting final balance and staff said "what?" Staff paid more attention to the male guests at check out counter and had to wait for staff to end their flirtatious talk with male guests even though there were two ladies in the check out counter. Refuse to stay at a Hampton Inn again especially in ALice TX.

Stayed here for one night. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The staff were all friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the deep bathtub - also nice shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was good - typical Hampton Inn with hot and cold..
Close to Wal Mart, restaurants and shopping.
Would certainly stay here again on a trip to this area.

The accommodation were good, but as I stated before the mattress were extremely hard. The breakfast was good, and all other accommodations were great. The staff were polite and friendly. We did have an issue with the TV but the staff came up and addressed the issue.

Waited for someone to appear at the desk to check into 2 rooms. Got upstairs, keys only worked on 1 room.
10pm we discovered that there was no hot water in our room and no way to turn off the shower water. Called front desk 4 times before getting the response of “ well there’s nothing we can do”. After our complaints they decided to give us another room. Now after 10:30pm I have to get out of bed, repack, unload fridge and make 20 trips back and forth moving to new room. Staff refused to offer any assist. We were told “ we are already accommodating you by letting you move”. (Wow!) new room was dirty, thick dust was an asthma nightmare. Trash already in can. Fridge fell out of cabinet when opened. Fell on my husband’s foot. While I’m removing my items from the old bathroom items I slip on the wet floor. Staff had left shower door completely open with shower running. “Manager” shows up, wearing t shirt, no ID or name tag hmmm. I tried to calmly explain our issues. She got about 2 inches from my face and was screaming about I better be glad they gave me another room, if the fridge is falling out don’t touch it. I told her we didn’t have room keys to the new room. She said, “ you should have them, right now we just have to figure out how this shower got broken. I had to get called up here fir this” I said I’ve never been in a hotel- On vacation and been treated this way EVER! she yelled and said we are short staffed, deal with it. Side note, I am a nurse, RN. I know alll about being short staffed, during a worldwide deadly pandemic but I had to keep saving lives… what was supposed to be a nice family stay ended with being very inconvenienced, brought out of bed to haul luggage and food from thanksgiving during the night into a new room that was dirty and being yelled at by a staff of a hotel where I paid for 2 rooms. The stay was a nightmare. Oh, and had to go back down to desk to get the keys we never received. Manager response- well then how did you get in? Uhhh YOU blocked it open with the bolt. Terrible, that’s all I can say. We’ve stayed at many Hampton’s but this may be the last.
