Booked online and looked great, however it was very deceiving. I tried calling twice, hung up in the 1st time and 2nd time didn't answer. I just figured they were busy, since it was about 7pm and it's near the airport. The pool said it closed at 10pm online, however it closed at 9pm. We checked in at 850pm expecting to swim, however that was not the case. Beds were uncomfortable, room wasn't clean, and staff was rude and barely spoke English. The one bed had stained sheets, the coffee pot had used coffee in the filter, and bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Since we couldn't swim, we decided to get dinner at the restaurant located in thr hotel. Well there were not seats available expect at the bar, they had the tables and chairs stacked up. The food was not great quality for the price, tried to get drinks to take back to the room- only offered alcohol- definitely no kid friendly for us! The hotel offered a pantry, which was cash only- because they are reselling thing like 2 liters of pop, cans of pop, individual tide pods, ice cream sandwiches, etc. These products were extremely marked up, $5 for a 2 liter. The breakfast time states from 6am to 9am, however on the door is a sign that says 6:55am to 8:55am. The breakfast was just odd for a buffet- they made your food on paper plates and handed to you. There were mushy potatoes, cold eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal. All that you had to ask for, but the lady running the breakfast wasn't there half the time! We attempted to toast our bagels, however neither 4 slice toaster worked. I had to use the bathroom near the lobby, since we couldn't take our breakfast back to our room. There's 3 bathroom stalls, 1 was out of order, 1 didn't have a lock, and I used the only one left and it didn't flush! Then I tried washing my hands no soap in any of the dispers, lucky I keep hand sanitizer with me. We then checked out. Also there's a $50 deposit for the room that they send back to your card when you check out. If you pay cash it's $100 deposit. For being associated with a Wyndham, it's absolutely disgusting. I have stayed in nicer motels then this!

This hotel is managed by a thief. I stayed one night in mid June. I checked out and took a receipt next morning. Several days later I see a separate charge for three more nights of which I have receipt at a different hotel for the same nights. I called to resolve the wrongful charge and even though he acknowledged I have a receipt from checking out and his cleaning staff can see nothing left in the room he refused to refund the additional $193 charge. This manager/owner’s attitude toward a customer is what you might expect to find in a third world country

A positive experience. The breakfast was nice and clearly the lady taking care of it worked hard to make sure the room was clean and patrons were happy. Our room was clean. Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly.

This hotel was on a list of properties we had to choose from for a lacrosse tourney. this is the dirtiest and worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Management took payment in full before we even arrived $139+tax/fee per night (i've never had that happen before) and will not refund for the day that we did not stay. Arrived late in evening, left first thing in the morning. A line of people complaining at front desk. They would not answer phone when calling from room. mold in bathroom, air conditioning vents, tv remote did not work, paint all over nightstand and outlets moldy and covered in dripping paint. stains on lamp shades, curtain has dead bugs on them. Lobby smelled, hallways filthy. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! others were complaining that they booked hotel last minute for 2 nights, management claims they only booked for one night and doubled the price of the second night - most likely to make up profits for all who checked out after first night.

Maybe the worst hotel that we ever stayed at. Tacky room furniture (rm230). Phone, TV remote and alarm clock did not work. Room needed updating and a thorough cleaning. Wall had been repaired by an amateur. Curtain did not block the parking lot lighting, which was next to our room on the ground floor. Breakfast was skimpy and not good.

Room was not very clean and had a weird set up with bathroom between the beds. Only nice thing was 2 TVs one in each side. The pool was nice and breakfast was mediocre. I just didnt care for the room. The set up made it feel very small and cramped and difficult to socialize.Would prefer an open concept room.

I travel a lot and stay in hundreds of hotels a year. I got this one because it was cheap and in a good location. When I checked in, they hardly spoke any English. The lobby was dirty and smelled. When I got to the wing of my room, there were folks in the parking lot, sitting on the curb and cooking in the parking lot. Many young people going in and out of the outside door that was blocked open. There were large black bags of garbage laying all around the backside of the wing. Once inside, it smelled like someone was cooking in their room - king of a curry smell - and filled the entire hallway. The hallway was dark and the ceilings low. If it wasn't for a long day on the road and only staying one night, I would have left immediately. I was concerned about my safety and that I may get bedbugs. The room was dark and dingy, the bathroom had mildew on all of the grout and caulk. Had one small bath towel, the internet didn't work and the breakfast was disgusting. I had to ask for a receipt and couldn't wait to leave the dump. The good news is that it was only $89/night. Shame on me.

The room was absolutely filthy. The walls were plastered with spackle, the lamp was broken and taped, tv broken. Found genitalia hair in the sheets and when i took my shoes off, I stepped in a wet spot on the floor. Upon further observation, it looked like wet mold coming through the carpet. When i notified the front desk, they said they would not move our room until someone came to see what we were talking about. After waiting 20 minutes for someone, we decided to go to the front desk and request a return and find a new hotel. The manager is refusing to refund my money for the 40 minutes I was at the hotel and will not speak to me. Every time i call I am put on hold for long periods of time. If i try to call back, they pick up and hang up. Absolutely unprofessional and immature behavior. Do NOT stay here.
