The property is relatively easy to get too, and convenient for both the airport and highway. Staff was simply off-the-charts good for our 14 day stay. Attentive, friendly, very helpful throughout. That includes everyone from front-desk, housekeeping, grounds keeping. bar/restaurant staff. Food menu is a bit limited but very nicely prepared and quite responsive to special needs. Back of the hotel faces a trucking yard, so if you have sensitive ears, opt for the front side rooms. Everything was well cleaned and recently remodeled, but the rooms are a bit spartan - closer to "European Style" room.
This Hilton Garden Inn has everything you need in walking and driving distance of its location. It also has free transportation service from the airport to the hotel and within a 5 to 10 mile radius of the hotel.
Convenient location with plenty of parking. The issues for me started with check-in. Very stoic reception. No mention of thank you for being a Hilton Honors member and also a Diamond Club member. Not a big deal, but it is a nice touch and most Hilton properties do it. There was no mention of the hotel's $10/day credit for HH members (more later). I also asked for a courtesy upgrade and they looked at me like I had two heads. This is customary for Diamond Club members. I checked in and the room was fine, but cold. Turned up the temp and that fixed that. The hotel could use some upgraded carpets, especially in the halls. The bed was extremely comfortable. I went back to the front desk and got two snacks from their pantry. I asked if these were complimentary for HH members. They said "no" as I will be getting a credit as part of being a HH member. So they charged me $6. After checkout, I received the bill by email and there was not a $10 credit, but the $6 was there. I called a few days later and the desk attendant checked it out and said I was owed a credit of $10. Nothing was said, such as sorry for the inconvenience, etc. Again these things are fairly trivial, but not what I am used to at Hilton properties. A bit about their restaurant food. Very average. I had dinner and breakfast there. 3 out of 5.…
The staff we encountered were wonderful. They always had a bright smile and a cheerful greeting. The price was right, and they are located conveniently close to multiple stores and restaurants. We were on the 1st floor across from the pool/spa and an outside exit, and the room was very quiet.
I think the rooms have been updated at some point....a little hard to tell.... It was like the furniture was new but they didn't bother with the paint or the carpet and I laughed at the old thermostat that obviously was not still in use.... And the carpeting in the common areas looked like it's been there for a while. Room was very stuffy even with the fan blowing. Staff was pretty friendly but several times heard one staff member complaining about others to other staff members. Probably some in-fighting happening. The gym was tiny and super hot.... Like exercising in a sauna. I think someone from the staff put fresh towels on the 2 treadmills and the elliptical... Why would you do that..... especially nowadays? I noticed 2 thrown on the floor... Probably someone doing what I did....I flicked mine on the floor because I had know idea if it was left behind by some pig of a guest! We can get our own towels, thank you . Didn't partake in breakfast.... And I know they have a little grill for dinner and a full bar... Surprised at that! Anyway.... Don't know what those were like. No conditioner in the bathroom.... That wasn't good. In general..... Hilton just isn't what it used to be. You can get more updated amenities at a Tru hotel but you do lose space. …
The place is dirty, staff are rude and unprofessional and the smell of marihuana from the minute you walk into the hallways is unbearable. House keeping is the worse and they give you one roll of toilet paper with two towels for a family of four
A truly wonderful and clean property with a kind staff and quality housekeeping. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and bright bathrooms. The evening restaurant and bar is fantastic and service from Ashley is exceptional. Rooms are priced a little high, but the peace of mind is worth it. Highly recommended.
Was quoted a price as a walk in and it was not honerd at check out Everything was terrific Jay at bar was terrific Aimen at front desk was polite and my waiter was terrific Food was really good and they ubered me to the airport why the overbilled me such a shame I could have purchased on line for less then my quoted rate
Although we were there while part of the hotel was undergoing renovation, the remainder of the hotel was clean and well-run. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner—the food prices were reasonable and the food itself was delicious. Recommend rooms in the front of the hotel as the back faces a warehouse with idling trucks.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast, lobby area was beautiful. It had a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Shuttle bus driver did an excellent job driving us to our gig. Breakfast was fresh and the service was excellent.
