I don’t think im exaggerating when I say that this Is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I’m basically only living in hotels. The prices might be on the higher end but you also get insane value back. I came for three days and at the time I’m writing it I already extended many times! Everyone gets a butler (mine was Sevval, insane hospitality!), which is amazing because literally everything is taken care of. Throughout my stay I was able to completely relax and focus on pleasure and business! Thank you Mandarin, my butler and everyone in the hotel 🤝

I was upgraded to a two bedroom room,the next morning I realised that the shower water pressure was very poor in both bathrooms ,I have contacted front desk and very quickly they sent someone from engineering he checked and said that he will be back with his supervisor so I waited and then 3 off them arrived and told me that they would deal with it I passed thru the front desk and spoke to someone called Murat who was the duty manager and informed him of my problem he also told me that he will make sure that the problem would be resolved I went to the beach and at lunch time I asked them to call the front desk if the problem was resolved and I was informed that it was sorted out and at around 3.45pm Onur the Butler sent me a whattsup message informing me that the problem was resolved and all was OK at around 5.45 went to the room and the water pressure was even worse we had to change and take a shoer as we had a dinner meeting with friends outside the hotel I was very angry called the front desk the manager and requested him to come to the room to see the problem,he told me that he was not aware of any problems and the Butler Onur said Engineering had told him that the problem was fixed and obviously that wasnt the case ,we wanted the leave the hotel and they changed our room,My summary is rather simple the problem in this hotel lays down with the GM he has way too many deputies and he leaves it to them the hotel staff is Super kind and efficient however they lack management I pay top money to the Mandarin and if you are incapable of making my stay a pleasure you got a problem…

Very disappointing quality for this level of pricing. - No towels in the toilets on the beach - I cut my foot with the broken glass in my bathroom (!) when arrived. The room was not cleaned properly after the previous guests. The management didn’t even apologized. - The food is very average for ridiculous prices. The staff confused orders, we had to wait over 40minutes for the food to arrive. Cocktails are over 20€. Salads start with 30€. One night they said they don’t have any Turkish wine - only European with prices starting from 150€ for simple bottle of Gavi... which is not more than 30-40€ in top London restaurants. - Breakfast was a mess with confused orders. Sometimes our toasts never arrived even when we asked 3-4 times. - We couldn’t relax because of the screaming children not only by the pool, but even in the bar after 9pm. When I asked the stuff to manage the situation at 9pm in the bar and talk to parents - they said there’s nothing they can do... - Oh, and they charge 3€ per day for the WiFi ;) I am still intrigued why they didn’t include it in the cost of the room... - Yet the territory is very nice. Reception lady and concierge were lovey and friendly. The service and attention to small details are definitely not up to other Mandarin hotels which is a shame.…

This was an absolutely worth visiting spa experience. The spa facilities are state of the art!!! I did a facial with Atiye and I must say it was one of the best experiences I had so far. She is knowledgeable about Biologique Rechercher products (which I love) and her technique is amazing! I went back 3 times for the facial with her because my face looked amazing. I highly recommend you book your facial with her!!!
