Detailed Reviews
Stayed here for 2 nights when I went to QC. First impressions were good, I initially thought it was like one of those hourly motels that you would find near the area, but it is actually a decent hotel.
Check in was a bit slow, I had to wait for a while to get my room key, and this was already past the check in hour, so I would assume most people would've already checked in. I think they are doing things manually. Staff are nice and accommodating. When I got to my floor, the corridor smelled a bit weird. Room felt a bit damp, and the complimentary bottled water in my room was already opened. Channels on the TV are limited.
Breakfast selection is small, but if you love filipino breakfast, you can go multiple times. I didn't get to try the pool, but it looks small.
Plus point of this hotel is the location, it's just walking distance from the Cubao LRT station and some malls. There are 3 Jollibee branches located nearby too. If you want some night life, you can take a Grab to Tomas Morato, which is just 10-20 minutes away.

A terrific value hotel rooms are spotless, adequate toiletries, great air conditioning and satellite TV. Room service was good, the swimming pool long enough o do laps. The rooms are the size quoted but look more airy due to design built in 2018, multi-national plugs. A truly excellent Reception staff absolutely first class, boarding passes printed, Grab car ordered all service with a smile. Would definitely stay again.

I booked it with agoda. It was a good price for a 3 night stay. Tried to request an early check-in but there was not response on the booking app. Arrived 12:30 p.m. at the hotel with my companion. The lady guard who was stationed at the front door does not want us to enter unless it was 2 p.m.which was the standard check-in time. We had our heavy luggage and asked if we can stay inside to wait for the check-in time. She refused and advised us to just go back by 2 p.m. (she was not even wearing her face mask and a face shield). We we're disappointed with that initial encounter. The plated breakfast was standard Filipino breakfast. The room was okay for the price. On our 2nd day we requested to have our garbage collected by calling the housekeeping through the phone. No one came. We requested to make up the room on the 3rd day with the make up room button. No one came. The front desk were courteous and welcoming though. Overall this hotel needs improvement in some ways.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a very nice and pleasant stay!! For this price I can really recommend this hotel, it has a nice and comfortable room, the pool is really big and beautiful, water could be warmer, the breakfast is delicious and the staff helps you in any concern and case in the most helpful way they can. I had a problem traveling to Boracay with the requirements you need and was helped absolutely wonderful as much as they can, especially Leisha and they remain always friendly. When you need toilet paper or anything you have to call the reception but the housekeeping is coming right away and brings you everything you need. WLAN is als working well!!

I made a reservation on Agoda for a room that is supposedly for someone else, but I forgot to update the occupant's name. and unfortunately, I am unable to adjust my Agoda reservation. I tried calling their numbers, but unfortunately, nobody picks up, and the phones hang up while they're ringing. I also attempted contacting them via their reservation email and Facebook page. Sadly, nobody responds. Because no one responds from their end, if you book at this hotel you won't have any sort of peace of mind or assurance that your reservation is secure. absolutely no customer service.

Arrived at the hotel at 5pm due to bad traffic and was told that our room was not ready, questioned about the check in time was stated to be at 2pm, sounds ridiculous that even at 5pm we were told that the room was not ready, they offered us a temporary room to wash up first as we told them that we are rushing for an event. Then later they brought us to our room and to our horror there were cockroaches coming out from the fridge! The hotel room is not clean either. Made a call to the front desk and they changed our room. Again, the towel and blanket has stained. Really disgusting to use and sleep in. Hotel is not clean either, floors and corners and toilet has mold as well. Towel has a weird smell too.
This hotel is only near smart arenata - but i guess you could find better hotels around this area to get to the event place. Please do not stay this hotel.

1. Extremely slow internet connection (had to use my mobile data for my entire stay of 3 days)
2. The buffet breakfast is not good. The food is cold and lacks variety.
3. The check-in and check-out processes are extremely slow.
4. One of the beds in the room is creaking, and not completely laid on the floor

We booked for an overnight stay. The standard check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon. We expect that when we come in we can rest immediately because we came from an 8-hr trip. We arrived at 5pm and we have to wait 2 hours before we were given a room!!! Never again to book in Red Hotel!

Went with my SO for a staycation and everything went fine! Was checked in an hour early.
Spacious room for a standard room, tv was alright (You can cast your phone for youtube/netflix) and while there are a few spaces where the wifi would weaken, most areas have good wifi signal.
Won't hesitate to come back if given a chance.

There were problems right from the check-in and it didn't really get any better. The breakfast was extremely bad for us Europeans. Only Filipino food was offered. We had to make do with a slice of toast and some jam. There wasn't even any butter. The air conditioning was set as if we were at the North Cape and the staff were unable to regulate the AC. Going out was not an option either, as the hotel was located in a district that is anything but trustworthy.
