Big rooms, with all needed amenities, including a washer/dryer, ironing stuffs and hairdryer. Cosy as u can hide in your room all day. Just swimming pool was a bit dirty with leaves. No much dinning but a clean environment. Service level, attentiveness of staff is excellent, which makes up for any lackings. Overall a nice place to stay with its location

Stayed for a quick staycation with family over the new year public holiday. Service was tip top. From receptionists that checks me in until staff on check out day. Very attentive and courteous too. Public area are clean, rooms are big and super clean too. The best part is the swimming pool. Highly recommended

Cleaning wasn’t thorough and sofa was stained but appreciated the location and the utensils in the kitchen. Pool and gym were fab. Could see it was a good property preCOVID but it has let itself go. Club downstairs was very loud and I didn’t get to sleep till 3-4am most days because of the noise - and I was on the 17th floor.

The hotel is really fine and offers good value for money. Wat is exceptional is the service chef Sudesh and his team provide in the break fast/ lunch area. They even grow plants 🌱 This brings the color and flavour to your stay thát the hotel is lacking a bit...unless you like beige a lot ;-) Enjoy your Stay! We are sure coming back.

Great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Very accessible and strategic location. Friendly and wonderful staff and excellent accommodation. The suite where I stayed has bedroom, living room and kitchen. A close up view of the KL Tower from the room was an added bonus. I enjoyed the big and cozy swimming pool and the gym.

Comfortable stay and swift check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend, especially for large families! The double premier room is extremely spacious and can comfortable accommodate 4 guests with ample space in the common areas.

Water damaged wall and mould building up. Mould builds up in bathroom edges, TV screen's faulty when turned on. Overall facilities are average. No room service for F&B, though was not needed as most people uses Grabfood in KL. Only disappointment is the room condition and lights were not bright enough even when all turned on.

no other words to describe my experience. please have a day or two staying there. highly recommended. walking distance to tourist attractions/ places. even though limited parking spaces, but i managed to squeeze in. prefer grab for travel nearby apart from walking
