The room switches may not work as you expect it to be. There are lights which you can't turn off. If someone flushes next door you enjoy the flushing sound too. The shower can be heard as well. Sewage pipe is always making noise when someone else is flushing. The room is clean but noisy. Had an electrical power outage in the middle of the night and all the lights turned on at 1am. Hooray!

Please be informed I have arrived at the Hotel around 2.00pm (register in front desk around 2.00pm) and I understand the Check in time is 3.00pm. However, it took more than 3 hour plus for us to check in to our room. When I asked the receptionist the reason of the delay, they said it was because of their cleaning the room and need to sanitise. Which is not my problem as I have made the reservation early on 25 April 2022? I only get the room card around 5.00pm plus. I am very disappointed with your hotel service.
