Like many others have said, this is a fabulous hotel in an ideal location for getting around KL with ease. As first time visitors this was essential to us and we made full use of the public transport options to hand including using the Kliaexpress from the airport; which after a

Came here from Australia, have travelled to KL a few times before but this hotel was the best by far! This was one of my most memorable holidays to date! Hotel was spotless, service was excellent, staff went above and beyond. Best facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room).

Dear Bernard Y Thank you for your TripAdvisor feedback and I am very sorry to learn that you were disappointed in your stay. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the Christmas Buffet Dinner during your recent stay with us over the festive period. I am disappointed, however, to learn that you were not impressed with the food varieties at our Club Lounge. Please accept my apologies. Each evening, as well as the range of hot and cold dishes available, the live kitchen showcases a specialty dish from one of the restaurants in the hotel, including an award-winning steakhouse, Italian restaurant, all-day dining venue, and a modern and sophisticated gastro-pub. Focusing on luxury and the ultimate indulgence for guests, there are also various drinks, wine and draught beer readily available for self-service. Mornings are also invigorated with chefs at hand to prepare personalized dishes, eggs, waffles, or noodles in soup, as well as of course a continental breakfast. A signature of Le Méridien brand, Illy coffee is available throughout the day, together with tea, hot chocolate and fruit juices, besides delectable snacks like croissants and fresh fruits. Unfortunately we have fallen short of your expectations during your recent visit, and again I apologise. I very much hope that otherwise you enjoyed your stay, and that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur in the future. Thank you very much once again for your valued feedback. Yours Sincerely, Michael Delargy
