What a let down, I very very rarely give places a 2, but this was the pits. 1 - The area - The street is run down and our view was over some dilapidated houses and a hotel that had shut down! 2 - The room - The room was a suite with 2 bedrooms, it had all seen better days, it was dusty and in some areas falling apart. The curtains came off the rails, the toilet cistern was broke and the room dated. 3 - Noise - The below street is extremely busy with traffic (horns) and bars and clubs. We had music blaring in the room from the street at 3.45 am, even ear plugs didn’t help. Avoid at all costs
One of the place you may consider to have a short or weekend staycation. Our kids love their skypool at Level 31. Though the swimming pool not that big but they have two small pool with jacuzzi function. We stay at One bedroom premier suite which is quite big, spacious for our small family come with living room and kitchenette. Overall we had a good weekend staycation m.
The bedlinen feels dirty. Bidet not working. Towels which is basic needs to be asked. Charging ports are all not convenient. Lobby and lift area are super hot. No air con. The only good thing is the location. Other than that. Will not recommend anyone to stay this hotel
Room is spacious and clean. Though breakfast has not much choice, it is decent and acceptable for quick breakfast to start the day. They do have a Starbuck coffee maker dispenser, starts from RM7 per cup. Location is really good, and it is within walking distance to Pavilion. Staff at counter is nice. Well done.
We stay for one night from 1st August to 2nd August. Ms Cindy was very efficient and made our check in very quick so we could enter our rooms soon as we were all tired. Rooms were quite spacious and clean also a tv with many international channels.
The room was spacious and comfortable, all good. However, there are lots of mosquitos around, the laundry room, the lobby and at the driveway. The sales department was very mixed up, the rates for members were higher than for the public, rates quoted were not communicated to counter staff at checkout. The establishment seems to have 2 addresses, food delivery and taxi booking often turn up at the rear of the building.
The hotel has potential to be a good place but the elevators needs to be maintained. The skypool has heated jacuzzi that don't work and the steam rooms are broken. The staffs were very frieny and provided a good service.
Staff: Swift respond from the front desk during the check-in. Appreciate the great hospitality given by the team once again during my stay. Room: The decor is still a little dated, but very clean and well maintained. Location: Short walking distance to Changkat (clubbing street), Jalan Alor (food street) and Pavilion Shopping mall.
Overall the service was pretty bad, almost non existent. Check-in: As we were driving from SG 5hr journey I requested early check in and told them the time we were reaching at 8am. But no room available until 1pm+. Told the receptionist that it is my husband birthday today and that I did write in to Agoda about it and asked her if she could arrange a cake for him I don’t mind paying. She simply said they didn’t receive any notification from agoda and nothing they can do. Lol they didn’t even wish him? Wow, service level was 1/10. And there was just two of them at 9am we registered they said come around 1 for room. When we came back they forgot we registered and told us to register again. Then said still no room if we want it’s a separate twin bedder on 2nd floor. We just took it out of exhaustion. And yes no birthday amenities - bring your own cake next time! Room: This was clean and decent. Others: The room next door was having some party and the walls are not soundproof throughout the night could hear their screams of laughter and shouts. Called front desk to please ask them to lower their volume as I couldn’t sleep and need to drive back in the morning 5hr journey. But this continued throughout. General: honestly they ruined the birthday experience, not sure how they are related to Pan Pac group when the service there is a whole lot better. Anyway, there are better hotels with better service for this price in KL, don’t waste your time here. Will not come again.…
Great, comfortable and relaxing stay for a reasonable price. Definitely will come back. I was so exhausted by a flight delay and arrived here at Park Royal Service Suites at around 2am, but the receptionist’s warm welcome eased me so much. Also you have a great access to Bukit Bintang area, so what can you expect more?
