Firstly, one of the pros of this hotel is that the room is huge and very near to the KLCC tower. It has a nice view of the city centre and the main road. The kitchen and dining area is also very nice and the materials are also good quality. However, the toilet stinked very very badly to the point where the stench would seep into the room and the whole room would just stink like toxic sewage. The smell worsened after a certain time and we had to call maintenance to find out the source of the smell. They came and so called "fixed the problem". The stench went away but came back after awhile. FYI, the stench was there since the first day we were there. The breakfast was quite small and the food was not so great in terms of quality. The croissants were very hard and the others were bland. Another of the cons of staying in this Ariva is that some staff are not so friendly. One of the woman who works at the breakfast area is unfriendly. She always has a frown and rolls her eyes. the only time she would smile is when you leave the cafeteria. Another con is that our room was not cleaned/made up for two days. We had to call the reception even though we already put up a notice to clean the room. We used this as a staycation for our family reunion and were very happy with our choice. The 4 bedroom was perfect for the 7 of us. It was spacious and had gorgeous mountain views. We did a lot of cooking in the apartment, and the wet and dry kitchen was fantastic. We felt pampered having our own private lift! Location was superb. Intermark mall was just 5 minutes walk away and we could easily stock up on groceries. There were lots of dining options there too. We even walked to KLCC which was just 1.1km away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Desmond from front desk cheerfully arranged to have a small working desk sent up to my room and Mr Singh the doormen was always ready to offer help. What can be improved is the standard of the towel laundry service. The apartment is clean and well kept, but many of the towels were rather less than spotless. We had to return one batch of towels that was especially grimy with disgusting stains on them. One thing to note is that the gas stove in the wet kitchen is not usually available to short term guests. If you want to use the stove you need to pay for one whole gas cylinder and request for this to be put in before your stay. On the day we were supposed to check-out, we found out that some of us had contacted covid. Our subsequent plans were abandoned and we ended up splitting into separate smaller apartments to spend our quarantine. We were also happy with the spacious smaller apartments which had city views. It is a very will furnished apartment having all facilities like kitchen,washing machine,iron etc. Very near to walking distance to patrons twin tower. A mall just near to it. Stayed in room 17-6 with family and had wonderful stay.

A very good place to stay closer to KLCC. The apartments are quite spacious with nice view from the higher floors. - Free wi-fi - Complementary break-fast - Walkable distance from KLCC and Central - Plenty of shopping centers near by

We stayed here Dec 2018 to Jan 2019. Have returned to stay here for Dec 2019 to Jan 2020. We decided to return to Malaysia because it’s a beautiful country with lots of places to visit (especially driving out and seeing more of the country). People are lovely, weather is great, food is excellent. Love the country. Last year our experience staying at Ariva apartments was spoilt only by the car park security team. Read my previous review. However, we have chosen to stay here again because of the spacious apartment, excellent location to local amenities (shopping and food mall next door) and the lovely helpful Ariva staff. The car parking facility is much improved and clearly signposted where we can park. There’s still building works being carried out outside traffic is a problem but only in KL. Facing the main road is noisy even high up. The hotel rooms on our floor seem to be undergoing some refurbishments. Don’t stay on floor 28. The large spacious apartment, washing machine/dryer and kitchenette facilities and friendly helpful reception staff make this our first choice. Would recommend staying here. Will update at end of trip. I gave it 5 stars this time based on our first impressions.…

This is a very centrally located condo. We had one of the higher units in the building which has a gorgeous view of the KLCC skyline... especially at night. For this price, we were very pleasantly surprised by the large and clean space that came with this unit. Much better than staying at Hyatt or Sheraton, or any of the 4 to 5-star hotels where we normally stay. We didn't have to fight over restrooms. The washer and dryer in the unit came in very handy. There was so much space for the 3 of us to hang out, we didn't want to leave!!

Alot of things when wrong with this booking... asked for baby cots during booking but all out. Request for high floor got 6th floor. Receptionist told us we will be getting the KLCC towers view end up we got a tree view. The room was super smelly from the toilets... really tormented us... asked for air freshenekr but can spray onced only. Customer service is really bad.... breakfast is pathetic. Sofa had a broken leg and lucky for us we manage to jump off before it broke. Paid extra for breakfast but with the amount of money that i paid i could get a better breakfast from food panda. Utterly disgusted with this place

Best place to stay in KL and very affordable rates. This is my 2nd time here. The location is perfect, right in the middle of city centre. Easy for me to go for business appointment, sightseeing in town area & near to tourist destinations in surrounding vicinity. I got to enjoy nice view of KL skyscraper from my high floor balcony. Apartment is fully equipped with everything, impressive! I really saved lots of money, did my own laundry and simple cooking. Feels so comfortable like home. Wifi in apartment also very good, high speed connection. However, i have suggestion, it would be good if Ariva KL can provide Wifi in Lobby area, troublesome to book Grab/transport from the Lobby. Other than, Ariva Trillion KL is cool and highly recommended!

Checked in yesterday at Ariva Trillion yesterday with family. We stayed at 3 bedroom apartment. So comfortable and spacious, my family loved it! Awesome view from our balcony, greeneries in the city 👍🏼Swimming pool so huge and beautiful garden in level 5, recreational area. We will come back soon!
