Mitsui GARDEN very nice and welcoming property. Very very nice river view room. Onsen separate men and women open from 3pm in the morning is priceless after a day of travel. Very traditional breakfast with Japanese food. Of continental you find yoghurt corn flakes also bread some sliced fruit jam and juices. Very nice everything, quite convenient location if travelling by train. The hotel shuttle accompanies you to the umeda station from where you leave for each Direction. The compact room has every comfort typical toilet, bathtub and elegant sink. There are two different types of slippers x l onsen and the room. Every kind of body soap, hairdryer and fridge. Friendly and helpful staff! Very very nice hotel.

This is another in a chain of Mitsui Garden hotels. The room is quite cramped with two people but typical for what we have found in Japan. The breakfast is typical japanese buffet. This hotel is in a business district, but they have a very reliable and punctual shuttle bus to and from the train station which has a generous number of restaurants and great shopping.

very good hotel, I really liked the location, quiet and not very far from the train station, the view of the city. The rooms are nice, and a very nice onsen on the roof of the hotel. appreciable thing, you can see live on the home page of the room TV whether the attendance is high, medium or low live.

We were disappointed with our stay. We frist received a very dirty, smelly and outdated room. After complaining, we had to pay 6000 yen extra to receive a different room on a higher floor. The new room was average. We had to wait 20min to get a table for breakfast. The breakfast choice was very limited. Unfortunately this was an underwehlming stay.

The rooms smell of body oder and mold. The headboards are pelling and appear to be heavily used.
When we arrived for our 5 night honeymoon stay, the first room we were given had smelled of body oder and cigarette smoke. There were (3) beds and very little space. We contacted the hotel management, and we were given another room. While this one had more space, and only two beds, it had the same body oder smell. Fortunately, there was no cigarette oder in this one. Both rooms / floors are nonsmoking.
Update: The hotel manager had reached out to us after our stay started, sincerely apologized in regards to the inconveniences, and had sought to better accommodate our stay by preparing another room with a deodorizer machine. We opted to stay in our current room and to have our current room treated. They're actively addressing the state of all all the rooms; however, there is only so much that can be done at once.

Stayed for 11 nights at this hotel. Overall a nice stay with friendly and helpful staff. Location is a bit far from main JR station but hotel provides a regular shuttle to and fro the train station, which works really well.
Rooms are a little small especially if you stay in their concept rooms. The double bed is smaller than the normal queen so bear in mind if you’re planning for 2 pax stay. Otherwise, it’s clean and tidy.
Breakfast is a little disappointing considering the small spread and mostly Japanese. However it’s worth dining there for dinner which turned out to be a pleasant dining experience as this cozy restaurant serves up quite a wide variety of dishes. Needs reservation though in order to secure a seat.

This was a really excellent hotel. I was on a trip with my son and we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. We asked for, and got, a great view from our room, 1202. See photos.
This was exemplified when we wanted to forward our bags and the suitcase was slightly too big for the regulations. The staff made sure we were able to get it there through their approach.
The room was very clean and of good quality and the hotel overall was very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a very good variety of food.
The hotel is right next to a 7-11 convenience store and around 10 mins from Higobashi station on the Yotsubashi line. All in, a great stay.

I loved staying at their property in Tokyo but definitely skip this one. I was on the 13th floor premier level and my room had frosted windows so no view. Breakfast was not great, the staff couldn’t keep up so many options were bare or only what looked the they’d been out awhile. Definitely under staffed.

There is a really good train that goes from the airport to Osaka station. Easy and cheap. From osaka station there is a shuttle to the hotel. Enjoy!!!

Its 2700 yen per person I think. There are better breakfasts for much less nearby. We didnt use the restaurant during our stay as Osaka is the food capital of Japan.

They supply spa shoes and an outfit for you to get to the spa but it is no costume area - we didn’t do it ourselves either but we’re also so British!!! We did see a lot of guests going to use the spa areas whilst we there.
There are more places to choose from in the Osaka area.
