It has what you expect.
Perhaps a little too long check-in procedure, as you must go to the third floor, and all in all takes 15-20 minutes. It might be nice in some circumstances, but if you are travelling already 18 hours, perhaps you are just looking forward to a shower...
The rooms I had were decent size, with compfortable bed, TV with only Japanese programs (no smart TV), table and couch. The batroom is very small. Can only be accessed by one person at the time. It is all in plastic and 20 cm above the room floor. Not really extra comfy.
The breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety of options both European/North American and Asiatic, freshly made and served.
The location is not the best however. To Umeda trainstation is a 25 minutes walk, but there is another small station nearby (5 minutes wlk) and from there to Umeda is 5 minutes max. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and bar not far from the hotel.

◆Room
The view was very good with the view of the Yodo River from my room.
When you put a prescribed card on the bed, it will change the sheets as well as the towels.
I was able to sleep comfortably every day, even though there were many hotels with eco-cleaning.
◆Amenities, etc.
Toothbrushes are located next to the front.
◆ Breakfast
There were a wide variety of Japanese, Western, onigiri, takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
But the content was exactly the same, so I got bored of the third night.
Sake barrels were served until January 4.
◆Staff
The front desk staff was mostly foreign but fluent in Japanese.
◆Location
It was very convenient to access on foot from Juso Station.
◆Impressions
Access from the station, breakfast content, and the view from the room were good and comfortable.
I want to stay if I get another chance.
The hotel was fine, good beds and a complete bathroom. The bathroom was not large, but compared to other hotels in Japan it was fine.
We had a kimono dinner at the hotel and it was very nice and well taken care of.

In particular, Osaka Teppanyaki on the 19th floor is expensive, but offers a wonderful night view and sunset overlooking the Yodogawa River. The service from the staff was also very friendly. I had a good rest for 3 days and 2 nights.

It is well placed to move around the city although we opted for Uber - taxi as we were 3 people and the savings were not so much.
It has a part where you can characterize yourself as Japanese where the same staff helps you.
Very good choice

The hotel room is relatively spacious for Osaka standards and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was strong throughout the whole hotel. When we checked in, an African porter came to greet us, gave us a welcome drink and was very courteous. Breakfast was good – a good mix of western and Japanese style food. It was clean and organised. Not every staff member speaks English but there is usually an English-speaking assistant at the front desk.
It was slightly disappoint to us when we found out that hotel guests had to pay extra for the use of the sauna and the indoor swimming pool which normally one would expect to be included in the hotel room fee.
One issue with the hotel is its car park which is quite limited (there are only about 15 spaces) and you cannot reserve the spaces in advance (they charge JPY1500 per day and you can have multiple entries). Fortunately, there are a number of metered street parking areas nearby (within 1 minute walk) which charge only max. JPY900 to JPY1100 per day.
The JR station is about 5 mins’ walk away but it is NOT part of the Osaka metro and so you must pay separately for the journey to Osaka-Umeda station (which connects you to the Osaka metro network). There are lots of restaurants nearby which close quite late. I would consider staying here again if I were to return to Osaka.
We paid a total of JPY78,000 for 3 days for 2 twin rooms (i.e. JPY39,000 per room for 3 days) and we stayed at the hotel at the end of December. Booking was made via Agoda.
